Fuckin' eh... The other night Nightline (the news) did a report on emos and dragged AFI, Lostprophets and MCR down into that category. Then, to top it off, "These bands are EMOS. Not to be confused with EMUS; the flightless birds."

Smith and Jade arent really 'odd' names [well thats what i think] I actually really like the name Jade.

Smith is weird because it's mostly used as a last name, and I've never heard a boy named Jade. I've always heard it used as a girl name. To me, anyway.

I actually found it strange because I've always loved the name Jade for a girl, and when I first started to use the internet, I was scared to give out my real name, so I always told people my name was either Jenna or Jade. Then, as I got older, my friends and I would always talk about names for babies, and I always said I liked Jade for a girl, but now whenever I say I like the name Jade, people are all like, "Oh yeah... Because of the guy in AFI..."

I'm like, "Uh... No. I've liked that name for a long time... and I like that name for a girl, not a boy."

But whatever...
