In East Jesus Nowhere (0:01~0:02), you can hear someone talking "reberu rajio (level radio)" in japanese. That voice is Ruri's.
She became friends with Tre through band Sugarcult, I have heard.

I believe woman's voice in Jesus East Nowhere is definitely hers, but you had better make sure.
