It sucks, and it happens to me alot um if im thinking the same thing you are talking about...i get that too sometimes. it sometimes depends on how your photobucket accepts it...cause some animations are better quality than others...or it may have to do with ur computer...because i know on Dial Up animations look like shit... ok so i wasnt much help but it has happened to me lots of times...
