I do that and I'm a girl.  But that's just cause I have freaky!shifting!hips so that pants fit perfectly in the dressing room, then are falling down as soon as I buy them. So I have to hike them up before I sit down, or they slide really low, and I'm not one of those girls who likes to have her ass and underwear on display.
