Take Me Away

Let's just say, I knew I could only be happy for so long.


I give my all
And get nothing in return.
And now it's happening,
I'm becoming empty.

My eyes sting with tears
But they never stop.
I want to close my eyes
And make it all go away
But I know this is reality.

Truth be told,
I'm all alone.

When every thing's falling apart
What are you suppose to do?

Short and consistent. I think it’s rather good. Just don’t do that underline and bold thing. It doesn’t look too good. And try not to repeat words like that (eyes). You have a great flow though. Your punctuation is great. I would have loved this poem to have a bit more metaphors or more descriptive words. But in a way this nakedness works very well. It puts your thoughts and feeling out there, giving the poem a vulnerable feeling. Keep writing, dear
