HEYHEYHEYHEYHEY! BLACK LAYOUT MOTHER FUCKERRRR! THXKBAINEOWPLZ. ♥ ♥
Once upon a time I was 11-years-old and my life was in complete turmoil. Well not really, but because I was young, naive and used to living in a fairytale it felt that way. Anyways, my favourite cousins and I were moving apart from one another, my best friends, one of which was also leaving, declared "World War III" on each other and lastly, after years of waking up to my parents yelling in a foreign language my dad sat us down in the kitchen and said "I don't think we're going to be together anymore." I remember doing what any normal kid would do in such a confusing situation; I locked myself in my room and watched my childhood slip away as I was forced to grow up and kiss my dreams of attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry goodbye.

Two months later I ended up in the basement of my cousins' new house to visit after they finished unpacking. They introduced me to three people that day: Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt and Tre' Cool. Soon, they quickly became the best thing that has ever happened to me and if there really is a God I thank him for sending angels to guide me through the worst.

On July 4th, 2009 I finally saw my perfectly flawed white winged heroes in person and they were everything I thought they'd be: Beautiful, obnoxious and themselves. They've helped me pull through in times when I didn't think the ability to experience happiness was possible. They don't mean the world to me because the world is too small; They mean the fuckin' universe and I can't imagine who or what I'd be without them. Long story short, this band has taught me more than all of my school teachers combined and that type of education is priceless. To be continued...
