SycoSkunk!:
Yes, but the thing is not all porn is videos. they are books. or magazines. which i clearly stated. and no i didnt say it was great i stated there was nothing wrong with it, which there isnt. not once within mine did i even try to get at your point at all. i didnt read your post. i read kurtnis, then answered the questions she asked stating my own opinion.
I know that not all porn is videos, I might have made it seem like I don't but I really do. I know you never said you thought it was great, I'm saying some people do. and I don't think porn is nessecary(sp) for being educated on sex.

''according to this definition, it isn't even used as a beauty or an art.''
it's not something I would enjoy, I've seen it, so I know I don't like it. yeah, the girls and the guys, and it's dumb, I don't like it, but I don't think any less of people who look at it.
Thats a good attitude to have.
is that sarcasm or are you being serious?
I thought I had a good logical explanation. If people look at it, okay, I don't mind, that's their choice, whatever. if I said that wrong I didn't mean to.
No, that was serious. Knowing that what you like isn't going to be the same as what everyone else likes is a good outlook to have. If everyone thought that way people would be alot mor peaceful.
that's pretty ignorant.
and anway what you just said would be extremely boring for everyone to have the same outlook on things.
and ignorance is bliss you aren't wrong, what you're saying is quite right.

Right so, that isn't what i just said...you can comprehend English..right? O_O I said, quote..

Hey, look! I even specifically said that people don't like the same things. It wasn't really complicated. I just said people should be tolerant of other peoples outlooks. What would be the point in being judgemental and rude about everything?

If you look at the first post in this thread part of the reason I made this thread was based on the fact that the definition of pornography doesn't apply to all the things labeled as porn.

Pujols For MVP!:
who here supports pornography? it should be no one. do u really want to support women who are/may be full of diseases and get breast implants for no other reason than to make more money displaying their body for the world to see, all the while degrading theirselves.
Is it the only reason why you don't support pornography?
If they wanna have breast implants, that's their problem. I don't see any problem here. They wanna look / feel prettier. You like it or you don't. But I don't see the relation between "pornography" and "breast implants".
Many women do porn and don't have breast implants. The other way too.

they obviously want to get judged anyway if they get implants (the objects that is, not the cancer sufferers)

That doesn't mean that it can't be. Some of the world's most iconic photographs and paintings are very sexually explicit.

oh, what are peoples views on really weird forms of porn?
you know like woman getting humped by horses.
or quadraplegic porn, where its just like head and body being boned by some man.
or chicks with dicks.
theres some weird stuff out there.
Animals cant give consent, so I don't support beastiality. As for other things..so long as all parties consent and no one is harmed, they can do whatever they want. I do consider underage people taking part in sexually-themed acts "harm", so Im also against kiddie porn, just to clarify that. When I say consent, I mean they legally have to possess the power to give their consent.

I've never really understood what's so bad about the whole thing.
I mean, obviously if the people were exploited or forced or drugged or anything against their will that's horrible, but otherwise it doesn't seem to be a big deal to me. I'm not glamourizing the pornography world and saying it's something you want to get into, but... I dunno, I just think that sex is the most natural thing humans do next to the living essentials, so what's so gross about it?

sometimes it seems to start out as curiosity for a younger boy/girl. then, it can turn into an obsession. almost addictive, to some.
it's stupid, washed up, and fake. if it was a REAL girl posing naked, I'm be amazed. those girls are slathered in diseases and make up. their boobs are implants. and for some reason, most guys are so fucking amazed by it. when all it is is a bunch of fake. fake tits, too much make up, diseases. and if you get, what some call, addicted to it, maybe you expect your significant other to be that "hot" porn star you look at, or the variation of them, which is unethical beyond all reason. and no, I'm not being ridiculous, I'm being serious. my boyfriend drooled over it for a few years of his life, and I am damn sure he's thought about me or might have wanted me to be one of those "hot" girls, with the big tits and the make up and the diseases
and I could be the only girl that has this issue, but still. I'm just stating my valid point.
I don't like it. if it were more realistic, and more about beauty and less about sex, then yes, I might consider it interesting. but I don't think two girls making out is very beautiful. I don't think the past few generations of it is beautiful. it's gross.
I'm sure certain types of porn, maybe way back a century or so ago, of paintings of girls naked was beautiful because it captured them being normal and simple, not spreading their legs apart just to show their vagina. THAT'S the real stuff, the kind I don't mind. I'm not being contradictory, alright? sorry if it might seem like that, but I'm not, and I'm not trying to be. I think the paintings of naked people is beautiful, not the stuff w/ people fucking each other, or posing in some sexual position.
I'll have to disagree with you Evidently you've been exposed to commercial generic "porn" and therefore seem to think nothing else exists. Don't judge an entire industry based on the little side of it you've seen.
So what if they have fake boobs? People get plastic surgery all the time. If someone was in a car accident and had to have their face reassembled I doubt you'd run up to them and scream "YOU'RE FAKE YOU'RE FAKE YOU'RE FAKE" its the same type of procedure, I see no problem with breast implants and its certainly no reason to make comments like that about someone. I wear make up, as do many people, and I see nothing wrong with that. As for the diseases comment, thats just rude and obviously not true about everyone. You're allowed to have your own opinion of beautiful, but you can't justify a personal preference by degrading the girls who don't fit your stereotype. That kind of defeats the point you were making, doesn't it? You think its wrong for people like your boyfriend to compare "normal" girls to girls involved in porn, but its ok for you to compare them and judge them as fake?
You aren't the only girl with those issues, but it doesn't make them valid points. What I don't get is why you're calling nude paintings from 100 + years ago porn O_O Porn is a deragatory term, refering to obscene things.
people with breast implants are objects and deserve to have them explode.
and so therefore they are fake no doubt about it.
What, they're objects because a part of their skin is artificial? Ever heard the cliche "Beauty is only skin deep?" Well, it's supposed to be about something different but it can make the same point. They can still think and feel like a normal human, so no, they aren't an object, and to say so is offensive and rude.
