My mums a stripper. Shes also raising three kids and going to college to be a nurse. She doesnt enjoy her job, or find it liberating, it's just something she has to do. Unlike a lot of the other girls she works with, she's not using the money to support a drug habit and she's not making extra money on the side by going home with her clientel.
She's met some nice guys. She's been proposed to more times than I could count. She gets a lot of funny presents ranging from porkchops to buckets of fresh apples to charm bracelets.
No, it doesnt make her happy, but she never went to college, that's why she's doing it now. There's no way she could afford living if she works at a department store or as some secretary or something.
Being in high school, some of the guys I go to school with have seen her dance and, suprisingly, I've never really gotten any shit for it. Not to my face anyway. People don't expect for me to be some whore because my mum dances. I'm proud of her.

ALright, this is ridiculous. You've posted pointless offtopic comments in like 5 threads in here, stop now or you'll be banned for spamming. Check out the SD rules, and the site rules for that matter.

i have a friend who works has a stripper/lap dancer and she really enjoys it, she makes good money, and she enjoys showing her body of, and she should be allowed to do so aswell, we are living in a free country where we can choose what we do, (yes i know some women are forced into stripping and that i know is wrong) but if a woman/man wants to strip then let them.

NeoSteph:
well dancing in front of a room full of drunk rowdy men can't exactly be a walk in the highly well lit safe childrens park.
I am okay with stipping. Some people enjoy it, some need the money..
There are so many situations with stripping, so I can't really agree with it all, there's stripping from art to when it's dangerous and stuff =|

“I’m trying to set the record straight about what burlesque was: it’s not just about a style or a look. It’s about stripping.” ~ Dita Von Teese.
See, stripping is a big industry. And a lot of famous people are famous for being upmarket strippers. And if guys want to pay to see women n00d, then its their money. And vice versa, obviously, for women.
I mean, we've all seen people naked.
It isn't something we should be ashamed of.
