Maybe I'm wrong, but Voldemort didn't have to "write" back to her, did he? It was Tom that wrote back, in HBP, someone said that Lucius was better stuck in Azkaban than out with Voldemort because he let the Prophecy break and he Gave the diary to Ginny.
That doesn't explain much but it was the memory of Tom Riddle back in the past that was writing. It was another piece of soul that went alone. |

All the times he's tried to kill Harry and Ginny or whatever, that'd just be stupid.
And Voldemort doesn't trust anyone enough to make them into his Horcrux. Didn't Dumbledore say something about Nagini being his closest friend or something?
But also, about Voldie not knowing about the conversations, he didn't mention it at his resurrection, even though he mentioned the stuff with the stone and how Wormtail got back to him, he left that bit out, ergo he wouldn't know.
Can't remember the point of him remembering the conversations, but I think that's a pretty large bit of evidence to suggest he doesn't. |

Posts: 16175 | July 14th, 2007 at 08:16pm Turning a human into a horcrux would be really stupid. Having a piece of Voldemort's soul inside you does not make you immortal, seeing as how horcruxes can be destroyed and such.
Harry and Ginny and anyone else people are saying might be a horcrux, will all eventually die. They might be killed, or they might just die naturally.
It's a temporary solution, sure, but Voldemort's looking for immortality, and this definitely isn't a long-term solution for that. |
