this was a disney-planned event, she didn't ask for it or anything
and i think they may be televizing it in november or something and they needed a day where she was at least partially free...which is like no other day ever it's also because they put the holiday decorations up in November or something and the decorations for her birthday wouldn't have been able to have been put up.
(did she have decorations...idk.)
also, her clevage in that dress she wore in one of the pics i saw. WOAH MAMA....
also, i LOVE breakout. actual love.
it's her best album yet and has a less Disney feel that Meet Miley Cyrus did.
i am also excited about the 3D concert being on TV tomorrow.
but i won't be in to watch it because i'm going to a party.

and the others have become accepting
