Did Schapelle Corby do it? did she out the drugs in the boggie board bag?
who did it? there's so many questions to be answered in this case, post your oppinion here!
i personally don't think she did it.

for those that don't know she's a girl who went on a holiday to bali and they found a whole heap of cocaine(i think) in her boogie board bag and is now senteced to 20 years in jail. most of you probably know this already.

Yeah, I wanna discuss this, but can you post a link to something that describes the case in detail? It might help us keep the facts straight.... just saying..

Schapelle Leigh Corby (born 10 July 1977) is an Australian convicted and imprisoned in Indonesia for drug smuggling. She was a beauty therapy student from Queensland.

Corby is serving a 20-year sentence (for which she has received approximately one year in remissions) for the importation of 4.1 kg (9.0 lb) of cannabis into Bali, Indonesia. She was convicted and sentenced in Bali on 27 May 2005 by the Denpasar (Indonesia) District Court and currently serves her sentence in Kerobokan Prison, Bali. On appeal, her conviction and sentence were confirmed with finality by the Indonesian Supreme Court. No further legal manoevers on her part are possible; she may petition for clemency from Indonesia's president, but would have to admit guilt to do so.

Corby has maintained from the time of her arrest that the drugs were planted in her bag and that she did not know about them.[1] Her trial and conviction were a major focus of attention for the Australian media. Her current release date, with remissions, is in 2024.

On 22 June 2008, in Australia the Nine Network showed the first part of a documentary which included an interview with Corby's former lawyer, Robin Tampoe, who said that the story of the drugs being planted in her bag was a fabrication. The lawyer later apologised to Australian baggage handlers.

Wow... It does seem as if it was a major focus for the Australian media attention, I agree with that. And I don't think that's fair for any trial to have, despite why the person is undergoing trial. About the whole drug planting thing, it's happened before, so it could be and sounds very realistic and worth checking into, for those who are/were prosecuting her.

Sorry, I do admitt that oppinion did come on a bit too strong. Yes you are right there is hardley any proof of the fact that she did it or not, but personally i don't believe she did it, thats just my oppinion, but you are totally right, theres no proof. Did you watch the documentry that was t.v the other week, if you're from Australia, i haven't bothered to look at your profile yet.

Yeah. More information would be helpful. Australians would know about the issue but I don't think any other parts of the world would.

Exactly. There are criminals that act all innocent when they're on trial, for example, Neil Entwistle..... that guy knew how to act and so did Scott Peterson.

No I don't. You should post some links to this case. You need to provide links in order for us to understand what you are saying and know and see that it's true so we can debate about it.

I personally think she did do it as well. I just don't see how it could have been planted on her without her noticing.

To be honest i don't know what to beleive i mean, the media lies but there also SO convincing although on the other hand you have things like documentry happening which truley convinces me.
And in that documentry that one, i can't really remember his name, but he went to visit schappelle in her cell, and when they went and asked him does he think he know who did it, he said "do i think, or do i know? i will say when my sentence in gaol is over.
I found that so interesting, and i sorta believe he did it.

There is a documentary and it like shows her rehearsing her plea to the Australian public and stuff.

True that the case wasn't handled correctly, but I am convinced she is guilty.

I have a feeling she did it. It just seems like she would have noticed if someone planted drugs on her person.
