It is a different situation to some people, who could take the vaccine and be cured. However, just because it's something other than what you are currently living doesn't discount it at all. Millions of people have afflictions that mean H1N1 is actually quite a threat and just because you don't find it "deadly" doesn't mean the rest of us are going to go through a week of feeling like shit, taking meds and gradually getting better.

You've basically spent your time in this thread saying how H1N1 isn't deadly, and how it's exactly like regular flu. The reason behind bringing up my own medical condition was to point out that it actually is quite deadly, and isn't like regular flu. Regular flu wouldn't 'cause me anything terrible other than having to put up with the flu.

Also the fact that people have died of it, would make it deadly anyway. Considering that's kind of the definition of deadly.

I have been trying to state that it's just like regular flu,

ok my mom has muscular dystrophy and her immune system is weak which means if she gets H1N1 she is gonna DIE!!! and so i have to get the shot because if i give it to her and she catches it i will live probs and she will not. so. it ain't deadly for me but it is deadly for her cmon girl get with it your arguement is silly.
