Okay, so, for some on-topic discussion/planning to do with Green Day in Manchester on the 16th of June and London on the 19th of June next year Coffee

My plans, thus far, are:

My boyfriend and I are driving to Manchester (from Leeds-ish, we may have spare seats for needy GSB-ers) on the 15th and staying in an Etap hotel there on the 15th, 16th and 17th.

In the very early hours of the 18th, we're driving to London.

(I say early hours, but the 17th is my boyfriend's nineteenth birthday so it probably won't be that early. Parties in Manchester on the 17th though, for anyone who's around. Parties every night, in fact.)

Then we're staying in London on the 18th, 19th and 20th. I think we're driving back up North sometime on the 21st - again, if anyone needs a lift along the way.

What are your plans for the week? Are you going to one date, or both?

Discuss. On-topic-ly.

I will be around to party hard with you Smile

My plans are..
Exam on the 16th Sad then rush up on the train or plane, haven't decided yet, but that will happen.
Get the the gig at about 6.30 Sad but you have to save me a Maddie + Rory sized space.
We'll have an amazing time and then stalkstalkstalk for a while and stumble home.

Then hang around with you guys
Head to London on the 18th, maybe camp from 1am-ish? (fancy that?)

Then have another amazing time, then cry because its all over.. UNTIL Belgium if I can go!

Download is the weekend before all this, are you going to go if they play?

Ahhh, I'm all for camping outside!

Stalkstalkstalk?

I just remembered about the Green Day in June Scavenger List, haha!

It's on my computer at home but I'll stick it on here later on and we can make additions... I think I've covered almost everything for the entire week Mr. Green

I think you'll be fine getting there at half six, I don't think Green Day will come on until later. You'll make it!

Nah, it'll be fine. I'm saving a gap!

It CANNOT happen. I was there with my friend, her sister and her Dad, who is a huge Green Day fan... and we were up on the edge of the bowl.

BLEH. Won't be happening this year. I dunno how early we'll get there for Manchester but the hotel is really close... Barney might need some persuading.

But for London we can just use peer pressure. It's fine!

lmfao

We can 'lose' them. Accidently, of course lmfao

I'm way too excited. I'm getting a countdown thing for my desktop right now haha.

I think my friend and her boyfriend (if she's still with him then) are coming to London with us... and I know quite a few people from up here that are going to Manchester too Ah

It'll be one big party, haha.

I know Ah I can't find a decent countdown timer!

VERY NERVOUS. More excited though Mr. Green

I know... I was fully gutted after I saw them in October as I was like "Bah, I didn't enjoy it as much as I should've, I can't even remember most of it, thanks ME brain, I would've had way more fun if I'd been well and not exhausted..."

I was just generally feeling really sorry for myself. And then I bucked up a little bit and was like "Well, next time they play in England I'll be better..."

And then at work everyone was like " Ah How was it?" and I was all "ghjghdfjkghdfjg" and then two people sent me a link to news stories about Manchester and London.

Shocked

So, it was blatantly a sign to make me stop feeling sorry for myself and sort myself out. And now I keep feeling better pretty much every day - today I was up at 6.45am by choice (!!!!) and I'm not exhausted yet.

Winner! Cured by stadium dates... I should fully apply to a tack magazine lmfao

lmfao

I know! And maybe they'll converse with Green Day and I'll get to run away with them.

Or something like that lmfao

PLAN!

I know, I'm looking for a good countdown! BAH!

Yeah, I'm actually feeling loads better. I think it's a mixture of:

- I've already been ill for three years... most people recover from it at some point and I'm likely to bounce back because I'm young
- Positive thinking. There's a guy at work who always tells me to think positive and it really helps - I'm way more 'glass is full to the brim' than I used to be, with everything
- I've learned how to eat with ME, for me - jacket potatoes are my energy food lmfao and small portions are key. Wheat makes me quite sleepy too unless I eat it with lots of protein
- I need to go for a walk at lunchtime, it perks me up
- I do more things for me, rather than thinking about everyone else all the time
- I don't drink a lot of caffine; just green tea, maybe a coffee a day
- Maybe other things... I'm still learning Mr. Green

Sooooo I can hopefully be 2000000% by March/June, haha. I'm working on it!

I think last time, in October, I focused too much on "oh I'm going to feel like crap", so I did.

I won't make that mistake in June Mr. Green
