Has anyone else read the entire series, or just one of the books? Which is your favourite?
Mine has to be either Queen Of The Damned (just because of Lestat's petulance) or Memnoch the Devil because of the good vs. evil theme throughout. |

I've read Interview with the Vampire, The Vampire Lestat, Queen of the Damned and currently I'm reading The Tale Of The Body Thief.. and I must say that one is now my favourite

yeah - Lestat owns, although I hate how he's portrayed in the IWTV film. |

true... but if you don't think about the books too much they're awesome I actually started to read the books after I had seen Queen of the Damned on tv last year.. I found out esp QotD is waaaaaaaaay different from the book, but I still love that movie XD the music is just so wonderful! And so is Stuart Townsend |

while I'm thinking of it, has anyone heard/can anyone play the sonata 'Appassionata' which is mentioned frequently in 'The Vampire Armand' and/or the piece in the IWTV movie which Lestat plays, Haydn's 59th sonata in E flat, 'Adagio E Cantabile'?
I love the piece by Haydn and have it on my iPod and I'm learning to play the 'Appassionata', purely out of interest as to what's so amazing about it. if you've read 'Armand', you'll understand. |

I've read 'Interview with the Vampire', 'The Vampire Lestat', 'Queen of the Damned' and I'm almost done with 'The Tale of the Body Thief'
I just sent my mom out to get 'Memnoch the Devil.'
I love the movies as well. Even though QOTD went WAY off from the books, if you think of it as just a movie it's amazing. |
