The word love is over-used, such as in every day phone calls, "I love you, goodbye" and towards materialistic things, like, "I love this new Wii!"
Billie Joe knows that all of the positive emotions in his life are for Adrienne and his two lovley sons, and expressing this is just impossible to do. This is my favorite Green Day song, and brings tears to me every time I hear it. |
