I don't think there's much of a chance for D'arcy or James coming back.
Though, it would be nice to see D'arcy.

but anyhoo the only people definitely confirmed are Billy (duh) and Jimmy. and like what Mellon * Collie said, I'd rather have just half of the original line-up than no reunion at all, so while it'd be awesome if D'Arcy came back, I wouldn't not buy their new album just because of that. and Melissa said she'd be happy to come back, so that's cool.

i like them. and my friend can make his voice sound exactly like billy corregins (sorry about that spelling). but yeah theyre cool

I haven't heard a lot of their stuff, but Bullet With Butterfly Wings is a kickass song

dats one of my favorite songs of theirs

if you like that, you should get Mellon Collie & the Infinite Sadness (the album it comes from). it's a bit hard to get into at first, but there are some awesome songs on it if you're patient

I love 'em. I hadn't heard Billy Corgan talk until recently. I kind of expected his voice to be really low and rapsy for some reason, but it's really high and nasaly, it kind of suprised me. I'm trying to decide whether I should go see them in a couple of weeks. I can either go see The Smashing Pumpkins, The White Stripes, or The Big Ass Show which features The Used, Social Distortion, Sum 41, Jimmy Eat World, The Starting Line, and I Hate Kate.

Personally, I saw the Smashing Pumpkins 2 months and a half ago, it kicked ass.
Billy Corgan's voice is just amazing. Me and my my friend were just speachless for 2 hours. This guy is 40 and his voice hasn't changed at all through all these years..
I also saw the White Stripes and Jimmy Eat World live, but it has nothing to do with the Smashing Pumpkins. Good. But not as great.

Mm. They're coming in September, I'd love to go. But my amount of concerts are limited, and I'd rather see the Spill Canvas. D:

Anywho, Smashing Pumpkins rule. Billy Corgan = absolutely brilliant. And I'm very thankful for them being such a huge influence on me. Also, I know a few friends that wouldn't be who they are today if it wasn't for the Pumpkins, so I'm extremely grateful for that too

The Smashing Pumpkins are the most amazing band to ever exist. Well, in my humble opinion. haha. I saw them live twice this last week and they were the best shows of my life. I'll never forget either expirence. and no one's ever written music I can relate to as well as Billy Corgan, and no band has the euphoric/nostalgic value of the Smashing Pumpkins. They're just simply amazing.

I plan on meeting all 4 original members before I/they die, and getting them to sign part of my body. Then I'm going to get them tattooed over. Yes, this is my plan.

I definatley would not be who I am today without the Pumpkins. Their music fucking saved me from self destruction, I swear.
