| threeam. Geek  Age: - Gender: - Posts: 350 | Let me take you to a city far far away where mystical creatures like trolls and fairies live. In this city brews an amazing band called Marianas Trench. Ok, fine, so it's not a city far far away nor is it very mystical. The truth is this place is called Vancouver and this is where the "magic" happens.  [left to right: Ian, Matt, Mike and Josh] With their successful release of their debut album "Fix Me" Marianas Trench has been on the rise ever since. Hit singles like "Say Anything", "Decided to Break It" and their latest "Shake Tramp" have been striking the radio and television airwaves. If you ever come across either of these songs be prepared to either jump around, dance on the street or even have your very own potato sack race. With a mix of rock n' roll and a taste of a'cappella, Marianas Trench has a creative style to their music. If you're lucky enough to meet them after a show don't be alarmed by their height. Trust me, they look taller up close than they do on tv.  From what we know they're pretty "normal" guys that just happen to be in a band. And who are these so called normal guys?.. Josh Ramsay (rumored to be a tree kangaroo) - Lead Vocals and guitar Matt Webb - Vocals and guitar Mike Ayley - Vocals and bass guitar Ian Casselman - Vocals and drums Long story short these four guys are amazing, they represent "The Couve"(Vancouver) pretty damn well and if they wanted to they could ditch the instruments and be a quartet. Even if you've never heard of them don't worry, they're not that big yet. However, it seems as time passes their shows grow and their popularity continues to increase everyday.
