If you're lucky, you don't have to do an awful lot to get backstage. There is actually a book you can buy that tells you what to do to get backstage; like who to make sure you talk to, and where to wait, that sort of thing.
Trust me, nobody wants cancer. Even if it means you get to meet Green Day, it also means you get to have chemo and/or radiation therapy, surgeries, a very weak immune system, the possibility of death, major weight and possibly hair loss, and most people are in much pain. You guys don't know what you're talking about when you say you'd be willing to get cancer to meet Green Day. Some of you probably don't even know what it's like to have relatives with cancer, one of whom is dying. So everyone please just shut the hell up about, "Oh, I'd be willing to get cancer to meet Green Day" and talking about cancer as if it's a good thing, because it really is not, no matter how you look at it.

Wow. This thread just got seriously heavy, man! Green Day definitely aren't worth cancer, if anyone said that. Nothing is.
