Lost, chapter 9
"There was this girl who worked there -"
"Was she pretty?" Billie Joe interrupted.
"Oh ya, she was beautiful. So anyways, the guitarist went in to the shop and was looking for a new guitar. The girl came to help him out and he found the perfect guitar in no time. The guitarists band was, well famous and the girl told them how much she really wanted to meet them, it was like her dream. -"
"Mike I wish we were famous like that." Billie Joe interrupted again.
"Billie Joe, we are." I said softly to him again. "Ok well. They started talking and then the guitarist, introduced her to the bassist in the band. They all were talking for a while and the two guys in the band soon found out that she made guitars. She even had a tattoo of the first guitar she drew a concept for on her lower back. "
"I want a tattoo of a guitar... I think I'm going to get one." Billie Joe said.
"Ok.. You do that... sounds like a good idea. Ok, well the 3 of them decided to go hang out sometime, but they couldn't do it that night because the girl had a guitar show to go to, her guitars were going to be on display. So they said that when she came back into town they would go hang out, and she could meet there awesome drummer."
"I wish we had an awesome drummer." Billie Joe said loudly so Tre would hear.
"I HEARD THAT!" Tre screamed from another room.
Mike laughed a little and then began the story again. "But the girls flight got cancelled so she had to stay in Chicago a little longer. The guitarist thought she had stood him up, he didn't know that her flight was just delayed. It hurt him real bad for a while. He had to go play a concert that night and he dedicated a ton of songs to her, hoping she would come back. She was supose to be at that concert that night, but she wasn't cause of her flight. The guitarist gave his phone number to the local radio station so they could keep searching. He wanted her back bad.
"Did he get her back?" Billie Joe asked.
"Well. Let me finish the story. All these fake girls were calling the radio station and stuff saying they were her, but he knew, that they weren't. He'd almost given up all hope in finding her. Then they both remembered something they had not remembered before. Pictures..-"
"Mike what does pictures have to do with anything?"
"Just hold on. The pictures were taken when the girl was showing them her guitars, she was in the pictures. So they both called in at the same time to tell them what they remembered. But as soon as they started talking to each other" *sniff sniff* "they got into an accident... Billie Joe I have to go."
Billie Joe's point of view.
Mike ran out really fast. I could hear him sniffling and Tre asking him what was wrong. It made me worry a bit. I was to weak to crawl out of my bed so I stayed put. I liked that story too.. I want to know what happens.
