Wake Me Up When September Ends, chapter 2
"Hey, Cornelia, I'm going to my friend's party today!" shouted Natalie from her room.
"Whatever, just don't hang around boys." said Cornelia.
"Since when did you care if I hang around boys?" said Natalie coming down the stairs.
"Since now, now go to your party before I change my mind." said Cornelia. Natalie went out the door not saying anything. As she got to her friend's house, there was loud music that could be heard all the waya to her house, which was far away from her friend;s house. When she got to the front of the house, alot of people were outside, making out, talking, standing aone, or just doing anything. Some of them wave st her and she waved at them back. She went inside, the door was already open.
"Hey, Natalie!" said a voice.
"Hey Otania, nice party you have hee." said Natalie as she smiled at her.
"I thought you will never make it, but I guess I was wrong." Otania said.
"Come on, start to party girl."said Otania as she left. Natalie went outside. Some people were dancing, the DJ was playing music, people splashing in the pool, eating, sitting or standing alone, making out, andtalking. Natalie found a fimiliar face.
"Hey, Anna!" Naalie shouted but Anna couldn't hear it. She went walking towards her, but people would be walking infront of her and she lost track where she was.To her surprise, she found her making out with a boy. She went behnd her and said, "Anna!"
Anna got startle and noticed it was Natalie.
"Oh, hey Natalie, I thought you weren't going to come since I was waiting for you for an hour." Anna told her.
"Anna, the party was supposed to start at 12:00. I arrived at 12:10." Natalie said.
"Oh, well I WAS waiting for you."said Anna, "wait a sec, please." Anna turned around to talk to the boy and then he left and joined a group of boys,
NATALIE'S HOUSE
Cornelia was cleaning the computer room, which was a surprise since she never cleans anything. As soon as she was done, she turned on the computer and started to search through the internet.
"Now, to find something interesting." she said to herself.
AT THE PARTY
"So, who was that boy you were making out with?"said Natalie to Anna.
"That's Victor, he's in my science and P.E. classes. I never knew we had so much in common." Anna told her.
"Oh." said Natalie. It was 3:45 and Natalie left to go home.
NATALIE'S HOUSE
Cornalia was barely getting off of the computer, it was turned off, then suddenly, it turned on by itself.
"What the hell just happened?!?!" she said. The screen was blue, hen suddenly a white figure appeared in the comeputer.
"Cornelia, it's me." said the figure
"No it can't be you, you dies a long time ago." she said to the figure.
"I want you back." then it suddenly turned off when someone at the door came in.
"Cornelia, I'm home." shouted Natalie. Cornelia just stood there looking at the screen, her eyes were wide open.
"Cornelia, are you okay?" she said, concerned arbout her mother.
"Yeah, I'm just fine." she told her daughter. Natalie atarted to get worry.
