Whatsername, chapter 16
Billie walked out of the bathroom and out by the pool where Adrienne was. When she noticed him their, she lowered her sunglasses and flashed a smile at Billie.
"Morning hon", she said.
Billie smiled and took a seat in the chair next to her. He looked at the pool for a while. The wind blowing against the water, it was peaceful. He could hear the birds chirping. Adrienne flipped a page of her magazine over and looked over at a smiling Billie.
"How'd you sleep?", she asked.
"Fine"
Adrienne turned back to her magazine and continued reading. Billie got up off of his chair and planted a kiss on her cheek.
"I'm gonna go for a walk", he said.
"Okay, when do you think you'll be home? I have an appointment later with my gynecologist and I don't want the boys to be home alone."
"I dunno, call me before you leave", said Billie and he walked back into the house and out the front door. When he stepped out, he remembered talking to Juliet the day before and he really wanted to spend time with her so, he walked back into the house to grab his keys.

Billie pulled into the familiar driveway and turned the igintion to his BMW. He walked up to the door and rang the doorbell. Juliet opened it and once she got a good look at Billie, she ran up to him and gave him a huge hug. Wrapping her arms around his neck, he returned the hug and she pulled away. She gave him a smile and fixed her hair.
"Wanna go for a walk?", asked Billie.
"Sure, let me grab my bag.", said Juliet as she walked back into the house. Billie waited by the door with a big grin on his face. Today, he was alot happier. He wasn't sure why but it was good for him. Juliet walked back out of the house and locked the door behind her. They walked back to the driveway and got into his car.
"I thought we were walking", she said looking out the window.
"We're gonna drive there first. I don't know exactly where but if you want to go somewhere specific, let me know."
He turned to look at her and gave her a smile. Juliet wondered why Tre thought he was so unhappy earlier 'cause he seemed better than fine now.
They pulled into a parking space to a local ice cream shop and walked inside. They walked up to the counter and got their ice cream then sat down at a table and talked for a while. All the guy at the counter did was stare at Billie with wide eyes. He didn't mind though, he got it a lot. When they were ready to leave, Billie signed a napkin for the guy and left. Juliet and him stopped into some of the small stores they came to on their walk and bought a few things. One they stopped in was a shop with clothes and other little nicknacks. As they looked around, Juliet found an outfit she wanted. Billie followed her to it and she picked it up off of the rack. She turned around to find Billie staring at her with a big smile.
"What is it? I can pay for the out-", she managed to get out before he kissed her. He slipped his tongue into her mouth and pulled away. She looked at him with big eyes and said,
"Wow"
He laughed and she slowly walked up to the counter to pay for her things. The person at this counter only looked at the two in disgust before ringing everything up. They walked out of the store and headed back down the road. Billie's cell phone began to ring and the number said it was his house, or Adrienne. They sat on a bench while Billie answered his phone.
"Hello?", he asked.
"I'm leaving now Billie and the boys'll be back in about half an hour.", said Adrienne.
"Okay, I'll head home."
They hung up and Juliet and Billie started on their walk back to his car. He explained he needed to be home for the boys and that he'd drop her off back at her house.
They pulled into her driveway and walked up to her front door. Juliet planted a small kiss on Billie's cheek and walked into her house.

When Billie walked back into the house, he took out a small box with a ring he bought for Adie, out of a little bag. That was the only thing he bought and it was just for the hell of it. He set it on the dresser in their bedroom. He heard the school bus pull up to the front of the house. Not long after that did the front door open and he heard Jakob and Joey run in. He walked down the stairs and into the kitchen where he found them sitting at the table, waiting for lunch. They didn't eat much of the school lunches because they thought they were gross. Billie got some Mac n Cheese ready and served it to them. He got his own plate and sat at the table next to Jakob. Jakob looked over to his dad and saw a pink-looking mark on his cheek. A kiss from Juliet. He stared at it for a couple of seconds before asking,
"Dad? What's that on your cheek?"
