Hidden Lives, chapter 15
*****ONE MONTH LATER*****
You looked out your apartment window. There was another drug dealer down on the street. Just then your boyfriend Justin walked in. He looked at you in disgust. "I thought I told you to clean this fucking house!" he said. After the thing in California you moved to Vancouver and bought an apartment. Shortly after you met Jason and he moved in with you. He was very abusive and a real ass. But you couldn't stand being alone so you put up with him. "I did... I cleaned up." You say. He hits you and spits at you. "I am going out for a beer tonight. I won't be back till tomorrow." He said. You knew he was going to go do some other chick, but you didn't care. You just nodded and he left. You turned on the TV. ER. You started watching and a commercial came on. "1 NIGHT ONLY AT GM PLACE, GREEN DAY!!!" Holy shit. They were coming to your town. Crap. If they saw you, you were doomed. You decided just to stay in tomorrow (that was the day of the concert.) You turned off the TV and decided to get some sleep. When you woke up Justin was home. "Get up! Come on we're going out." He said throwing some clothes at you. "Wha- where?" you ask. "I won tickets to this concert at poker last night and we're going now get up we've only got 2 hours." He says; you look at the clock. 5:00 pm. You got up and got ready. Just as you were leaving you realized which concert you were going to. You stopped. "Hey hurry up!" Justin yelled, pushing you out the door and pulling you into the car. "What seats?" you asked. "Mosh" he replied. *Oh damn* you thought. You would just have to kinda blend in. When you get there, there is a huge line up... *here we go.*

You were getting ready for the concert. You wondered what you would be doing right now if Melanie were still here. The last time you had seen her she had freaked out at the hospital and the nurse had asked her to leave. Mike and Tre said they had seen her after and she had run away. That was a month ago. You had no Idea where she had gone; she had enough money on her to go anywhere. You looked at the clock. 5 min to 7. You got ready to go into the building when you saw someone very familiar standing in the line up...
