Things Would Never Be The Same..., chapter 13
Hayley ran to Billie Joe's limp body and knelt down beside him. She gasped and started to cry. He had a cut on his forehead and his mouth was bleeding. Men were preforming CPR and giving him mouth to mouth to try and get him breathing again. And it worked, He rolled over and puked up blood.
"Oh my god..Bil-Billie Joe it's ok baby" Hayley cried holding his hand. They just had to wait for the ambulance to come.
"Where's Tre? Is he ok?" Billie Joe managed to say.
"Yeah he's ok babe...It's just his leg" She answered kissing his hair and pushing it back out of the blood on his head.
"I- I didn't mean to crash the car...I hope he understands" Billie Joe cried.
"It's ok he's not angry" Hayley whispered. He nodded and held onto her hand tighter.
"You just gotta stay awake ok?" Hayley said to him. He nodded again and tried to look over to where Tre was lying but something hurt him and he screamed with pain. He started to shake and lay down again.
"Jesus christ Bil, you ok?" Tre shouted over.
"Been better, how about you?" Billie Joe smiled.
"Yeah the same" Tre answered back.
"I'm sorry 'bout this" Billie Joe choked out.
"Dude it wasn't your fault" Tre managed to say before passing out.
"TRE!" Billie Joe screamed and tears fell from his eyes. "I'll be right back" Hayley whispered and ran to Tre. He was passed out holding his leg. Mike was sitting beside Tre smiling. Smiling?
"What are you smiling at?" Hayley asked Sitting down beside Mike. "He's ok! He just looked at his leg and fainted....You know he dosen't like blood" Mike laughed again and so did Hayley.
Soon after the two ambulances arrived and Mike went in one with Tre and Hayley went in one with Billie Joe.
"Just stay awake" Hayley said to Billie Joe.
He nodded and smiled.
"I love you" He whispered to her and rubbed her hand.
"I love you too" Hayley cried. She was worried if Billie Joe died she would be left with Mark.
"Dont cry please" Billie Joe said looking at her with tears in his own eyes. She leant down and kissed him. He tried to kiss back but he had no energy to do so.
They arrived at the hospital soon after where Tre and Billie Joe were taking into a room and left Hayley and Mike sitting outside.
"How's Tre?" Hayley asked.
"Not too bad just really sore and is Billie Joe ok?" Mike asked.
"I don't know he looks really bad" They sat in silence for another while just waiting for the docter to come out. They heard Tre scream in pain a couple of times but that was it. A while later the docter came out and stood in front of the two of them. Mike took Hayley's hand and held it in his.
"Uh Hello I'm Dr. Landers and you guys are here for a mister Tre Cool and a Mister Billie Joe Armstrong?" The young docter asked. You could tell he was new to the job. Mike nodded and the docter continued."Ok so let's start with Mr. Tre Cool? Um.. ok he has broken his leg in three different places so he will have to get steel plates put in. Other wise I think it's just some cuts and bruises and Mr. Armstrong I'm afraid is a little more serious he's going to need an operation....." Just then they heard a scream coming from Billie Joe's room and a nurse ran out.......
"Oh my god..Bil-Billie Joe it's ok baby" Hayley cried holding his hand. They just had to wait for the ambulance to come.
"Where's Tre? Is he ok?" Billie Joe managed to say.
"Yeah he's ok babe...It's just his leg" She answered kissing his hair and pushing it back out of the blood on his head.
