The Life Of Three Very Green Men, chapter 1

Billie Joe sat up in a cold sweat. It had been along time scince he had had a dream about his dad. He hated it when he did. Glancing at the clock, he noticed it was only 3:45am."Uggggg," he moned as he got out of his warm bed. There was no way he could get back to sleep now. Stepping out onto the back porch of his house he shivered in the cold night air. His bare feet padded against the ground as he walked over to the small swingset by the fence, he sat on the biggest swing gently swinging back and fourth. Thinking back to the day his dad put the swing set up he smiled...oh how happy he was when they got it, back in the care free days befor his dad died. Warm tears started to stream down his face. Why was his life like this? His mom always too drunk to hold down a job, his older siblings all moved out and going on with theree on lives. He sighed. Just then something hit him in the back of the head, hard.
"Shit," he cursed loudly as he turned to face the direction it had come from.
"Hiya, why are you up," Billie's best friend and neighbor, Mike, asked as he jumped over the fence to join him on the swingset.
"Was the rock necessary?,"Billie asked rubbing the back of his head.
"No but it worked didn't it?" Mike laughed "So what's up?"
"Nothing I just couln't sleep."
"Bad dreams?"
"Yeah, don't worry about it though."
They sat in scilence for awile just swining. Then both retreated back into there homes just befor the first rays of sun rose over the rooftops of Okland.

Later that morning both boys walked into Okland High for there first day of high school. The day passed with out anything interesting untill lunch time. At lunch they bothe sat together quietly in a corner listening to a cd player when a boy they had not ever seen before walked in. They usually wouldn't have noticed but this boy was different. It was not his looks, which were average he was a little short with blone hair and blue eyes, but his personality that caught their attention.
"I'm TRE to all of you Bitches," he anounced loudly.
Most of the kids gave him weird looks and kept eating, and the lunch room monitor told him not to use profanity in school. He shrugged it off and walked over to where Billie and Mike were sitting, because the other tables were filling up pretty fast.
"Hi I'm sitting with you."
"Ummmm...okay...I am Billie Joe and this is Mike."
"Nice to meet you Billie Joe and Mike."
The conversation between the tree boys was awkward at first but they soon found out that they had a lot in common...mostly a shared passion for music.
A passion that would take them far...
