Love Is Just Too Much, chapter 3
(9.30 PM)
-Nobody's POV-
Billie, Mike, Tre and Ashleigh all walked out of the diner. Mike and Tre each took separate ways to their apartments while Billie decided to take a walk alone towards Billie's apartment with Ashleigh. Every time Ashleigh smiled at him, he totally melted inside. He loves Ashleigh's smile as much as Ashleigh loves Billie's smile. But they didn't know about each other's feelings.
"Hey, wanna come and hang out in my apartment?" Billie asked.
Ashleigh just shrugged. "I'm cool." She replied.
They both arrived at Billie's apartment a few minutes later and they both entered his apartment. When Ashleigh stepped in his apartment, Ashleigh glanced around the place. "Hey, don't do that." Billie said. "I know, my place sucks."
Ashleigh smiled and shook her head. "No. I kinda like it." She said as she sat down on the couch. "I mean, it's simple for a single person."
"Yeah." Billie said. "Hey, no offense, but what makes you become so quiet?" Billie asked. "I mean, I know you don't talk much. But why?"
Ashleigh shifted her body on the sofa. "Well, it's a pretty long story." Ashleigh started.
"I have all night." Billie said.
So, Ashleigh carried on talking to Billie about her parents, her younger half sister, her guitar, her friends, her school...practically everything. Ashleigh felt very comfortable whenever she's with Billie, even though she'd just met him about 4 hours ago. She finally met someone that she can talk out her problems with.
"So, the fact that I don't like to socialize, that makes me a quieter person, I guess." Ashleigh conclude. Billie, who was sitting beside Ashleigh just stared at her.
Just then, both of them have the strongest urge of holding each other in each other's arms. But, Ashleigh didn't know how to do it. Neither does Billie. So, Billie did what he wanted to do most.
Kiss Ashleigh.
The minute Billie's lips touched Ashleigh's, her whole body shivered. Especially when Ashleigh felt his hands sliding towards the back of her body. Ashleigh slid her hand behind Billie's neck and pulled him closer. Both of them paused and pulled away, with their faces only inches away. Billie leaned in again and kissed Ashleigh, harder this time. Ashleigh loved the way Billie kissed her since this was her first ever kiss from anyone she'd known.
Billie pulled away and stood up, pulling Ashleigh with him. He led Ashleigh towards his bedroom. Ashleigh entered first. After that, when Billie came in, he locked the door and grabbed Ashleigh's hand and pulled her close. They both kissed each other at the same time as if they were meant for each other. "Mmm..." Ashleigh moaned out when Billie nuzzled her neck and her cheek. "Ahh...Billie.." She sighed when Billie kissed her collarbone.
Billie was starting to take off Ashleigh's clothes while Ashleigh was doing the same. When Ashleigh was just in her bra and panties and Billie was on top of her, Billie felt that Ashleigh's body stiffen. Billie nuzzled towards her ear. "What's wrong?" He asked.
Asheleigh pushed Billie off of her and bent down for her clothes. She grabbed her sweatshirt and covered her bare chest. "I cant do this, Billie." She said. "No, I can't."
Billie walked up to her and kissed her softly but filled with passion. "Just stay with me. You'll be alright." As he grabbed the sweatshirt off her hand and threw it down on the floor.
(10.20 AM - Saturday)
-Nobody's POV-
She had the most peaceful sleep ever. Well, maybe. But that was the most un-disturbed sleep that she'd ever had.
Ashleigh was naked under the bedsheets lying next to Billie. 'Okay, so that was sex?' Ashleigh asked herself. She refused to look at Billie because that'll just make her feel less comfortable. She hadnt slept with anyone before. Let alone with a guy. Together. For a night.
Ashleigh decided to get out of bed and get ready. Her mom will definitely ask her about her whereabouts. 'Shit, where's my sweater?' she asked herself, bending down to find her sweatshirt. She found it and quickly get dressed.
After that, she rushed out of Billie's apartment and headed towards her own house leaving Billie alone in the bed.
Billie too was having the best sleep. Almost.
Billie reached out across the bed with still his eyes closed to feel Ashleigh. He opened his eyes when he noticed that Ashleigh's gone. 'Where did she go?' He asked himself. He got off the bed and went into the bathroom. "Hey Ash?" He called out. 'Oh well, maybe she went back home.'
(10.45 AM - Saturday)
-Ashleigh's POV-
I reached home and quickly walked in to find my mom and dad sitting at the living room obviously waiting for me. 'Busted.' I said to myself. I tried to ignored them and just walk towards my room as if nothing happened.
But they stopped me before I can even reach the staircase.
"Where have you been?" Dad asked me.
I sighed and look at him. "Around." I said.
"Where?"
"I told you." I replied. "I was around."
Mom looked at me with her 'oh-so-fierceful' eyes. "Around as in where? Obviously you're not here."
"Look, it's not like I ran away from home, okay?" I said trying to control my voice. "You should be thankful about the fact that I'm still here. In front of your eyes." I said. "Just, don't control my life. I don't like it. In fact, I hate it!"
Dad stood up. "Don't you raise your voice like that. She's your mother."
"So what? You guys are controlling my life like I'm in a prison or something." I said. "I was around. But not here, yes. I'm 17 dammit. I'm going to be 18 in 2 months. God, just leave me alone." I said as I ran up to my room and slammed my room door shut.
Sometimes, shouting at people is relieving. I mean, you can let out all of your anger bottled up inside. That's cool, I guess. But, sometimes, when I shout, I can get really off mood. I just want to be alone and I don't want anyone to talk to me.
You know what? I'm gonna move out. It's time for me to live on my own. But first, major problem. Where am I supposed to live? I mean, I have some money. Around 200-450 bucks. And my credit card. And that's it. Oh well, the only thing that I need to do now is...ask somebody who's living in an apartment.
Billie Joe.
I grabbed my bag and dugged for my cellphone and quickly dialed in Billie's number that he had gave me on the first day we met each other. I waited around 10 seconds until someone on the other line picked up.
"Yeah?" I heard Billie's voice through the phone speakers.
"Hey, um, Billie?" I said.
There was a short pause before Billie answered. "Oh, hey Ash." He said. "What's up?"
"Can I come over to your place?" I asked. "Like, now?"
"Yeah, sure."
