A New Beginning, chapter 15
*Joey's POV*
I arrived at the park and say Melissa sitting on a swing. I really hated myself by now for what I did. I don't deserve anyone like her. I really messed up this time I thought to myself. Why did I let James take me to that party?
"Melissa." I called out as I approached the swings. It made her jump a bit.
"What is it that's so important that we need to talk about?" she asked with a hint of fear in her voice.
"Well umm... . me and James went to a party last night. Just a guys night out." I started. I was scared I was gonna lose her for good. "And well... I got really drunk." I continued.
"And then what?" she asked.
"Well... when I get as drunk as I did I get really horny. And since... well since you weren't there... there was this girl that was talking to me. And we well... " I started but I couldn't say it. I pulled down the collar of my shirt to show her an array of hickeys on my neck and collar bone. I looked up at her eyes. She was crying. She jumped off the swing and ran off. I hated myself for what I did to her. I would have rather if she would have hit more or something. Why do I always do these stupid things? Finally a girl who likes me for me and I go and fuck it up by having another girl suck on my neck. I'm such a fuckwit. I got off of the swing and decided to go find her. I walked around the park for about 20 minutes before I found her. She was sitting on a bench still crying.
"Melissa?" I called.
"Just go away. I don't wanna talk to you." say said through her tears.
"Melissa just listen."
"Listen to what! How you let a hoe suck on you neck! How you cheated on me with a cheep whore! What do you want me to listen to!" she snapped at me. And then I knew there was a very small chance of her taking me back.
"O.k. I guess I deserve that. But Melissa listen to me will ya? You're the best thing that's happened to me in ages. And I know I really fucked things up for good. But you're the first girl that's ever liked me for me and not for my dad."
"Well if I'm the first girl then why did you do that to me Joey, to us, our future? We had something good. But now I just... I don't know if I can trust you again."
"Melissa please. I know I fucked up real bad, I know I don't deserve someone like you. But will you please, please take me back. I promise I'll never do anything like that as long as I live. Please just give me one more chance." I asked with pleading eyes.
"Well... you were really drunk right??" she asks leading to something.
"Yeah I can only remember waking up with these things on my neck and then James told me what happened."
"And that's all that happened... you didn't fuck her or anything?"
"I promise you. Nothing like that happened."
"And you won't ever see her again?"
"Promise."
"Well it'll take a while for me to gain your trust back... but since you are the greatest thing that's happened to me in almost ever I'll take you back and give you one more chance. Fuck that up though and we're through." She said. As soon as she said she'd take me back I felt like I was on air.
"Oh my god thank you so much. You have no clue how much this means." I said while smothering her neck with kisses.
"Hey. It's not that easy. You have to do something for me first." she said with a mysterious smile on.
"Anything for you babe."
"You have to walk home... . naked. Just to prove that you're loyal to me." she said with a slight grin.
"Anything for you, even though that is a bit more then what I expected."
"Ok I'll take your clothes and give them back to you at the corner before your house." She said while I handed her my shirt.
"O.k. I'll meet you at the corner." she said while giving me a quick kiss and running her finger down my chest. Damn she's hot and now... oh shit lil' Joey is excited now (wink wink) It took me about 10 minutes to walk from the park back home. I got to the corner and Melissa was standing there with me clothes like she said she would be. I was putting on my boxers when the school whore walk up.
"Hey Joe, you look dead sexy like that." she said.
"Fuck of Kim can't you see I'm with my girlfriend Melissa." I said back to her.
"Well why don't you dump her and get with me. You know you wanna'." she said. I could see Melissa's face turn red.
"Look Kim! Life isn't a garden so we don't need a hoe!" Melissa snapped back. "Come on Joey lets go." she said while taking my hand and walking away with me fully clothed now.
"Melissa you know you can't keep him for long. I will get him one of these days!" I heard Kim shout back. Melissa just swiftly gave her the finger and kept walking.
