Sequel to Friends Forever!, chapter 3
"Sup dude!" He laughed and messed Lauren's hair. She playfully hit him and then smirked."You know I bet your record today" She said raising her eyebrows at him.
Jakob pretended to look shocked but then he smiled at her."Well done dude!" He smiled and he high-fived her.
"Ok so I'm gonna leave you guys alone because I gotta go get some stuff for Tre's party tonight C'ya" Billie Joe said putting on his shirt and looking for his keys, which he then found in his pocket.
Lauren and Jakob went in to the sitting room and sat down on the couch.
"So what do you wanna do?" Lauren asked him.
"I dunno what do you wanna do?" He asked her smiling."I dunno" She answered still watching the t.v. "I dunno either" He mocked."Jake!" She whined when she found out what he was doing.
"Lauren!" He whined back. Lauren hit him again and moved over. He moved over too and started to tickle her. "Jake stop!" She laughed but he wouldn't stop.
"Jake!!" She laughed again. Jakob finally stopped and put his arm up behind her on the couch.
Just then the doorbell rang and Jakob ran to answer it. It was Danny.
"Hey" He said to Lauren and sat down beside them on the couch."So what do you guys wanna do?" Danny asked looking at them both." Lets go to the mall" Lauren suggested and the boys agreed.
So the three of them set off to the mall. When they got there they all headed to the music shop. Lauren laughed at how they still had Green Day posters up even though they broke up 5 years ago. She looked at how young Billie Joe, Her dad and Tre looked in the pictures.Lauren also noticed how much Danny looked like Tre aswell.
When they had finally finished in the music shop they headed to a small cafe to get a drink.
"So are you two coming to the party tonight?" Danny asked Lauren and Jakob. They both nodded their heads. "Oh..k well Dad said that I can invite Megan to come" Danny smiled and so did Lauren and Jakob. They both knew how much Danny loved Megan.Just then a few guys who knew Danny came over and started talking to him.
Lauren looked down at her watch and said "Guys I'm gonna head off C'ya at the party later"
"I'll walk with you" Jakob said and got his stuff. They both walked in the direction off their houses in silence. It wasn't an awkward silence it was a friendly one.
"So I guess I will see ya at the party later?" Jakob asked Lauren when they had stopped outside her house."Yeah" She answered and gave him a friendly hug.
* * * LATER AT THE PARTY! * * *
It was only Mike, Sanne, and Lauren going to the party that night. Jamie had a concert with his band and Lisa stayed with all the younger kids at Jakob's house and they had got a babysitter for them.
When they got there Tre gave them all a big hug and Lauren walked in to try and find Jakob.
She found him over playing Danny in a game of pool on the pool table Tre owned.
"Sup guys?" She said as she walked over to them. Danny looked up at her and smiled and Jakob muttered a 'Hey'. She knew Jakob was the best at pool and he was very competitive at it. In the end Jakob won and he did his little victory dance around the table. Lauren laughed and he came and sat down beside her.
"So you wanna teach me how to play?" She asked him. He smiled and took her hand and dragged her over to the pool table again.
Billie Joe stood with his drink and watching Jakob teach Lauren how to play.
Mike walked over and stood beside his best friend.
"Hey I think me and you could turn out related!?" Billie Joe joked to Mike.
"Huh?" Mike said confused.
"Oh yeah Mike I am your father" Billie Joe said sarcasticly. Mike still looked confused so Billie Joe pointed to where Lauren and Jakob where.
When Mike looked around he smiled. Jakob had his hands on Laurens hips and she was leaning over the pool table.
"Yeah" He laughed and turned back to Billie Joe.
They both smirked. "Cheers" They both said and tapped eachothers glasses with their own........
