Never Away, chapter 12
I run to go get the door dripping from the water and I open it. I find one of my best friends standing right there at the door.
"Oh hey Courtney" I say while giving her a hug. "Whats up??"
"Oh nothing much" Courtney says
"Well come in" I say while pulling her inside.
We then both walk to the back where Tre, Mike, Katie and Billie are now in the pool swimming. Right when I walk out there with Courtney they stopped swimming and got out and came and greeted her.
"Hey my lovely lady" Tre said while shaking her hand.
"Well I am gonna leave you two alone" I said while walking over to Billie Joe.
So we all left Tre and Courtney alone while we all went inside to get changed. Courtney changed into her swimming suit and now her and Tre were sitting in the hot-tub just talking about.
Me, Katie, Mike and Billie kept spying on them.
"Wow they look happy together" Billie said while closing the blinds and grabbing a diet coke from the fridge.
"Yeah I know" Katie said
"Yep Yep" I said back
We were then sitting on the couches while they were still out in the hot-tub. There was nothing really to do so we decided to go to the store and go trolley racing. So Billie and I told Mike and Katie the plan of what we were going to do. Then we went out back and told Courtney and Tre.
"Yay" Courtney said while looking at Tre and laughing.
So Tre and Courtney then came in and got dressed. And we headed out the door. We walked to the store just up the street from Mikes house. It was called Sick Em' Market. We were so excited. We walked up to the doors of the market and grabbed 3 carts. The market was closed today since it was early Sunday morning. So we grabbed our 3 carts and headed for the parking lot. We got set up in a line. Courtney, me, and Katie jumped into the carts. And Tre, Billie, and Mike were getting ready to push us.
We were riding around the parking lots like idiots. And old people were staring at us. Then when we were done. We were walking back down to Mikes house and there was this old man walking down hill too. So we all got an idea.
All 6 of us ran up to that old man. "I bet we can beat you in a race bitch" We all said to that man and then started running towards Mikes house.
We finally got back and all decided to chill. We grabbed some more beer and started talking about the Concert. Since it was tomorrow night.
"Yeah what are we doing then??" Katie asked.
"Well.." Mike said. "You guys can come with us to the concert early so we can get set up and test everything. You guys can come backstage and just wait there for a while"
"Yeah" Billie said. "And then when the concert is about to start you guys can go get a good spot in front."
"Yeah sounds great" I said while giving Billie a hug again.
"So is Courtney coming??" Katie asked.
"Yeah why wouldnt she??" Tre said while laughing.
Then we were all sitting down on the couchs about to watch Corky Ramono.
When the doorbell rang........
