An Old Friend, chapter 4
Mike- Well...you know how we always go to the bar on 93rd street every Tuesday?...well you got a little too drunk..
Tre- A little?! Man you were wasted!
Mike- Anyways...you got out of hand so you got kicked out...I don't know all of it.. but I do know that Adrienne came looking for you and we said that you got kicked out... so she drove home to see if you were there.. but on the way there she saw you in an alley with some girl. My point is you got involved with a girl that night... and it wasnt Adrienne....
Billie Joe- Are you serious?...
Tre- yeah man!..I'm real sorry...but at the same time...I'm not....Once in a life time you get to be with a girl like that...and you ruined it!
Billie Joe- I gotta go...
Billie Joe left with the most disgusted look on his face...he couldn't believe that the one he loved was gone....
Billie Joe drove back to Adrienne and hocked his horn like he used to do everytime he came back from work.
Billie Joe- ADIE!!!!!
She peered out the second floor window with an angry look on her face...
Adrienne- What...I thought I told you to leave!?
Billie Joe- I now know what I did...I'm sooo sorry.. I was Drunk!....Forgive me Please!!
Adrienne threw a bag of all his cloths down to the ground.
Adrienne- Next time you should think!.......WE ARE THROUGH!!!
Billie Joe threw his head down to the ground with exhaustion, he couldn't believe it...it was over....done for...through....he never thought that he would ever here those words come out of Adie's mouth...
Billie Joe- but I love you.......
Billie Joe let out a tear...oh what am I kidding he was crying his eyes out....all the times they had together were going qiuckly through his head...He thought nothing can get more heart breaking then this....
Adrienne- here!
Adrienne threw down her wedding ring and her friendship ring[when they were going steady] down to the ground, almost hitting Billie Joe.
As the sun was setting he walked away..walked away from his home.. he thought I'll miss this old piece of junk...Got into his car... and drove away...
Me- Hey where have you been? It's midnight!
Billie Joe- oh sorry...I just...well...
By seeing the look on his face, I knew somthing was wrong..
Me- What's wrong?
Billie Joe- me and Adie are through....
Me- you're kidding me?!...no...you guys were so good together!
Billie Joe- yeah thats what i thought....
I walked towards him to give him a hug...But when I leanded in, he turned his head and kissed me....He...kissed me...I could feel his soft tender body against mine, and the way he smelled...oh the way he smelled!....He held me even closer..his body touching mine...I held his neck and he held my hips...the moment was soo right..but then he pulled back.He walked up stairs and gave me a signal,telling me he was off to bed...
Me- good....night
