I'm Not Crazy, chapter 7
Part 7
"MUM YOU CAN'T MAKE ME GO AGAIN!"
"Jenna you need to go all your old habits have started again" her mother said firmly, and with a grip around her arm Jenna couldn't get free.
"You don't know what your talking about mum I'm not crazy or insane, or mentally disturbed or anything of that nature!" Jenna pleaded.
Jenna was being dragged up to a familiar brown bricked building with a white walled waiting room. But this time Jenna wasn't going to wait and find out what Dr. Arnold had to say. When they got to the waiting room she was plunked onto the very same chair where she had spotted billie joe for the first time. As her mum went up to the receptionist jenna did the most obvious thing. Ran out the door. Jenna ran down the street further then last time and not knowing what she was headed for this time. Last time she new what she was running after but this time she was just running...
It was now about half an hour later and she'd jogged about 5 blocks.
"Jesus what a work out" she gasped stopping her jog and learning over placing her hands on her knees and panting heavily. After she'd caught her breath she decided to keep walking and find something to eat, 'Mmm I smell pizza I could go for some of that right now' she thought licking her lips and wandering in the direction of the smell. She then came across the very same pizza shop Billie Joe had taken her to a couple of months ago. She looked in through the window then opened the door and sat down at a table.
"Mmmmm, this is good pizza" she mumbled through a mouth full of pizza.
"Jenna?" then came a voice she didn't want to hear right now, knowing who it was she looked up with a smile and said,
"Tre!!, how are you?"
"Good now I see free pizza!!" he exclaimed bouncing over to the table like a little school girl.
"So what are you doing here by yourself" tre fumbled out along with a piece of tomato.
Jenna then told Tre what just happened, not that he was really listening, he did nod in confirmation every once in a while but you could tell he was enjoying his pizza. Finally when the pizza was finished they both sat back jenna letting out a satisfied sigh and tre stretching and patting his very full stomach.
"that's exactly what I needed, thanks jen!" he sed patting her on the back.
"so where are you off to now ?" he then asked leaning forward.
"well I think I should stay where my mum can't find me for another hour or so, just till she cools at least." Jenna replied tucking her hair behind her ear.
"Fair enough." Tre said "I'd best be off then I was supposed to be bringing pizza back to Mike but meh, he can come get his own I'm stuffed!" he finished, pushing his chair backwards and slightly stumbling over his own feet, which made Jenna giggle.
"Ok I'll talk to you later then?" she said straightening her face.
"Damn straight you will!" he said pulling her into a hug "Thanks for lunch, bye" he continued, then walked out the swinging door, onto the busy street.
Jenna then wandered out onto the busy street her self, she wandered down, window shopping as she passed a lot of shops she hadn't seen before but kind of wished she had. As she was walking still not quite "all there" she was knocked over by a figure.
"WATCH WHERE YOU'RE GOING DICKHEAD" she shouted furiously.
"I reckon we're magnets for each other" Billie Joe said with a laugh, helping her up.
"It's not my fault you're blind" Jenna said with a smirk
"What are you doing out here?" he asked. Once again Jenna explained what happened but this time had sincere nods and sympathetic smiles.
"Don't worry about it, she'll settle down" he said putting his arm around her.
"Yeah, I suppose." She replied with a mono tone touch to her voice.
"What are you doing out here?" she then propped her head up and looked at him with a cocked eyebrow. "I thought you were spending the day with the boys, and I saw Tre and he said nothing of you."
"Oh.. I.. umm...I was just about to go up... I was just going to bring a pizza." Billie Joe fumbled out very suspiciously.
"Oh alright then" Jenna said sarcastically, she wasn't in the mood to play detective
"Well I'd best be off" Billie Joe said quite abruptly.
"Ok I'll be home in about and hour" she replied then planted a kiss on his cheek, which then made him blush a little,
"Ok I'll see you then" he said kissing her back.
"Love you"she said just before he walked off, he smiled and turned and walked in the opposite direction. 'he's so cute when he blushes' she thought with a smile ' but something's not right.' She then thought with the smile fading into a frown.
She then continued wandering down the busy street until it got silent, not that she noticed because there were so many things running through her head it felt like she was being shouted at by millions of people.
"Hey there sweetie" then came that voice again...
