Thirteen, chapter 14
We leave Nopalito's and get some candy from the corner store.
"Ya, thats all you need!" Billie says to Tre who has an armful of candy.
"Sugarrr!" Tre squeals, boucin up and down.
"Psycho!" I say laughing.
"Greattt...," Mike says lookin at all the candy, " we're gonna have fun tonight!"
"Oh that reminds me there's the is place we want to take you to, called Gilman street. It was awesome, we can go there tonight!. Oh and Emma aren't your um parents havin a funeral or somethin?"
"Yeah we can g there, and no there's no funeral, they wanted to be cremated." I say.
"Oh." he says.
"Look its ok guys. To talk about my parents. I mean its devastating that they're gone but I'm handling it. So anyways we should go to Gilman Street." I say.
"Sounds cool, we can go there, Tre what are you doing?" Mike says. We look at Tre. He's got all the candy and sitting under our table making noises.
"Nothing!" he says curling up into a ball.
"Give me it or atleast some!" I say grinning. He looks at me and pouts. We all start to laugh cuz he's got like colors and sugar, with a little bit of chocolate all over his face.
"Ok lets go get all cleaned up!, Well mainly Tre.", Mike says staring at Tre, " then we can go to Gilman Street.
