Your Body Is A Wonderland, chapter 1
"Gosh Claire, I can't believe my aunt is making us go to some damn chicken joint! They don't even have freakin air conditioning! What the fuck? Is this country music? Oh Lord just kill me now!"
"Skyler calm down it's just country and just because people are staring at your purple hair doesn't mean you have to freak out."
Skyler and Claire had been best friends since they were two. Claire was eighteen and Skyler was almost eighteen. They were spending the summer in Texas with Skyler's aunt, Petunia. They weren't really the type of girls that guys were chasing all the time, and they weren't in the mood to have a boyfriend anytime soon, unless they were from Green Day, which would never happen. Skyler was more outgoing, but once Claire got to know someone, she was just as outgoing as Skyler.
Skyler originally had brown hair, but now had purple streaks in it. She had bright ice-blue eyes and she was obsessed with her weight-- too much. Sometimes people had to force-feed her, but that happened rarely.
Claire was short just like Skyler and had hazel eyes. She had dark brown hair. She was skinny too, but not obsessed with her weight like Skyler. They both had perfect teeth because they had just got their braces off.
The girls were in Babe's, a fried chicken restaurant, with Skyler's aunt and uncle. Skyler was eating some nasty ass cream corn when her mouth dropped open and it spewed out onto her uncle.
"What the hell was that for?" Claire asked.
"There's my future husband!" (Skyler had always referred to Tre Cool as her future husband and Claire to Billie Joe)
"Yea right whatever." Claire said.
"Ok fine don't believe me." Skyler said still trying to convince her friend.
*At the guys' table*
Mike elbowed Tre and said, "Hey I think you have an admirer."
Tre looked up. "Hey she's pretty hot... do you think we should go over there?"
"Too late." Mike said. Skyler and Claire were walking over to their table. Billie Joe looked up just now noticing.
"The girl next to her's pretty fine too." Billie Joe said.
"Holy shh...crap! Ya'll are Green Day!" Skyler said.
"Naw.. we're the Jackson 5 can't ya tell it's kinda hard to miss my feminine features isn't it? And these two back here are my back-up dancers." Billie Joe said.
Tre and Skyler started talking since Billie Joe was rambling on to Claire about how he was Michael Jackson and how Tre was Janet. Mike finally got Billie Joe to shut up about them being Jackson 5 and they looked over to Skyler and Tre. They were already making out! Billie Joe, Mike, and Claire just started laughing.
"Wow, you're good at that!" Skyler said to Tre.
