Hitchin A Ride, chapter 5
Amy and Brit, were sitting on the balcony talking, Mike and Billie Joe were in Amys room playing video games, and Tre was watching TV.
"So, how did Tre look naked?" Amy asked sarcastically.
"Goddamnit! I wasnt staring!" she said laughing.
"How big was it?" Amy asked.
"How big was wha.. Oh I told you, I wasnt looking!" said Brit still laughing.
"How big was Billie Joe's?" Brit asked.
"I dunno," Amy said, "I wouldnt have seen it if we were jogging."
They both laughed.
"I think you should ask Mike out." said Amy, "You guys seem perfect for eachother."
"But whenever I ask someone out it always turns out really bad." said Brit.
"Your last boyfriend wasnt bad." said Amy.
"My last boyfriend was 2 years younger than me, and broke up with me 6 days after he asked me out." Brit answered.
"Okay... maybe that one was kinda bad, but that doesnt mean that would happen with Mike." Amy said.
"I really have to? Right now?" Brit asked sadly.
"If you dont do it, I will for you." said Amy with an evil grin.
"Fine! I dont want you to do it! I'll go." said Brit. "Now?"
"Yes! Now, go!" said Amy.
Brit walked slowly into Amy's room.
"Mike can I talk to you for a second?" She asked.
"Oooooo." said Billie Joe childishly.
Mike walked back into Brits room, and sat next to her on the bed.
"This beds way more comfortable than Amys, I dunno how they can sleep on that thing." said Mike.
"So... I was wondering." Brit began, and she could see Amy watching from behind the door, "Would you wanna maybe go to the movies sometime? Like just us?"
"Like a date?" Mike asked.
"Shit." Brit thought that didnt said good.
"Well yeah." She said
"Oh, okay, yeah sounds like fun." He said happily, "But, um.. where am I supposed to sleep now, cause Tre said he wants the couch."
"Umm... You can sleep here if you want?" Brit said.
"Wow! really?" he said, "I mean oh okay."
Brit and Mike sat talking for a few minutes until Mike finally noticed Amy behind the door.
"Amy!" he said laughing.
She hurried back to her room, and sat next to Billie Joe.
"You and Brit like to talk about some pretty interesting stuff, like about me and Tre." He said.
"What do you mean? Fuck! You heard us in the other room didnt you?" She asked.
"Yeah so did Mike." said Billie Joe smirking.
Brit and Mike were laying in bed watching TV, when Tre walked in.
"You guys, Im starting to feel left out." he said.
"Aww Tre dont feel left out." said Brit, "Wanna watch TV with us for a while?"
"Okay." said Tre as he climbed into the bed and layed down next to Mike.
"Well this is akward." said Mike
Brit laughed "I dont mind."
"Fine," said Mike, "You can stay for a while Tre, but when we go to sleep you gotta go okay?"
"Alright, its okay, I understand you wanna bang Brit." said Tre.
Brit burst out laughing.
"Damnit Tre." said Mike.
"Fine I'll leave you guys to your banging, I'll go with Billie Joe and Amy for a while." said Tre.
As soon as he left they both bursted out laughing.
Tre walked to Amy's room and knocked on the door, but Billie Joe told him they were "busy" so he decided to go over Jasons house instead.
