Another Boy, Another Love, Another Heartbreak, chapter 4
"What the hell were you thinking!?" I yelled at Tre'. He looked down and I chased after Billie Joe. "Billie Joe wait!" I called after him. He came to a hault.
"Billie Joe he kissed me I didn't kiss him!" I said.
"Oh that's original." He said.
"But it's true." I said. "I don't like him I like some one else." I said quietly. Tre' was coming over to us. "I guess I should go." I said. My eyes were welling up with tears as I bolted out the front door. When I reached the curb they spilled down my cheeks. I heard the front door open and close. I looked over to see Billie Joe walking towards me. I wiped my eyes.
"You okay?" He asked. My eyes were still wet. "Hey," He said. He wiped my tears away.
"Yeah," I finally said. Then I kissed him on the lips. He pulled me close to him.
"Hey what's going on?" Asked Mike stepping outside. We broke apart and I blushed.
"Wanna come back in?" Billie Joe asked me. I nodded. Tre' was back on the couch when we stepped in.
"Kailee I'm sorry," He said. I didn't want to forgive him but I did.
"I guess..." I said.
For the next hour or so we goofed around talking and laughing. After a while the fun died down. Then we started talking about serious stuff. Like first loves and stuff. I looked over at the clock. It was already 6:30.
"Shit, I gotta go." I sat up.
"Lemme walk you home." Billie Joe offered.
"Okay," I said. We were half way down the street when I said,
"Hey, I'm sorry about Tre'." Billie Joe shrugged and said,
"I wasn't your fault. He see's something and he wants it and he doesn't stop until he gets it." He said. We were in front of my house. He kissed me this time.
"Bye see you tomorrow." He said making his way down the street.
"Bye!" I called after him. I went inside.
"It looks as if he's more than a friend," My mom said from the kitchen.
"What ever happened to a simple 'Hello'?" I asked.
"So, is he?" She asked. I hate how parents are so nosy.
"I dunno." She didn't let me off that easy.
"How old is he?" She asked.
"Sixteen." I said sitting down at the kitchen table. "He goes to my school." I said.
"Is he nice?" She asked.
"Yeah," I said. Me and my mom always tell eachother everything so I was depating wither to tell her about Tre' or not. I decided against it. Why did she have to know.
"Why don't you invite him over for dinner?" She asked.
"Mom! I don't even know if we have anything yet!" I said.
"Well when you find out tell me. I want to meet him." She said.
"'Kay," I said. "I'll be in my room." I said running up the stairs to call Becca. I dialed her number as fast as I could.
"Finally!" She answered.
"Tre' kissed me!" I said.
"No way!" She said. "And?" She asked.
"It was awefull." I said. She cracked up.
"So what happened tell me everything!" She said.
"And I kissed Billie Joe." I said.
"Oh. My. God." She said. "This is so unfair! You're in Cali with all the guys lining up to get you while I'm stuck here in Arizona. And the only guy who likes me is the geek." She said. "Blehh!" She added.
"And he kissed me back!" I said.
"And? How was it?" She asked. I smiled.
"He's a much better kisser than Tre' I can tell you that!" I said. We talked for the next three hours. Then my batterie died. I went down stairs.
"So who's Tre'?" My mom asked from the couch. She was watching TV.
"He's just one of Billie Joe's friends." I said. She shut the TV off.
"Spill." She said grinning. I sighed and sat down next to her. I told her everything.
"Can I go now?" I asked smiling.
"Yeah." She said turning the TV back on. I went back up to my room. I tured on some My Chemical Romance and layed down on my bed. I was thinking about Billie Joe as I finally drifted off to sleep.
