Too Much Too Soon, chapter 16
"Okay, first the bus. Well, me and Tre were stuck under water. Once Tre felt the icy coolness of the water, he immediately woke up. We swam out of the broken window, and swam to the surface. When we looked up at the bridge, and you and Jason were dealing with the media, and no one had started searching in the water. They were all looking at the crash site. HA! Talk about being reliable and saving a drowning man's life! Anyway, Tre and I couldn't swim to the side of the river because there were little cliffs around it, and we wouldn't be able to get up. Tre saw a little shore-like area under the bridge, so we made way for the bridge. Well, we saw this suspicious man dressed in all black walking towards the shore with a black bag, so Tre and I hid right against the bridge."
"You saw a man with a black trench coat, black glasses-"
"Yeah EVERYTHING black. Looked like he was out to kill or somethin'" Tre added.
"So, we're standing as close to the bridge as we can to hide in the shadows. But the man in black spots us and threatens us with a gun. We had no choice but to follow orders. Anyway, the guy and us, we stood in the shadows for hours until the rescuers were done searching and left. He brought us up to the hotel where you and Jason stayed. One of the men had said that they were going to kidnap you and Jason. For what reason, I didn't hear. Tre and I are stuck in the gaurded hotel room. We searched through the guy's bag to find extra black jackets and the whole uniform. Tre wanted to play dress up-"
"I DID NOT. I wanted to be disguised!"
"Well, we were able to knock out the two gaurds by our door. We dragged them into the closet in the room. Tre and I posed as the gaurds and were motioned by the mysterious man fifteen minutes later. He pointed at your room, Billie, then at Jason's room. He told us to take Jason as hostage and meet up with another member dressed in black at the back of the hotel. Well, Tre and I thought we'd go ahead and play along, then maybe steal the van. We kidnapped Jason, but boy Jason, you can sleep through anything! Well, we went down the back stair cases carrying Jason to exit at the back of the hotel. The van driver nodded and let us enter. Well, Tre here, was being mean to Jason-"
"I was just messing around."
"With a loaded gun! You pressed it to my head!" Jason yelled.
"That one was empty! I swear!"
"Anyway, it was empty as we soon found out when Tre tried to shoot the back door of the van to escape. I found a loaded gun and shot again at the door. It didn't budge. We had no idea where we were going, but soon enough the driver stopped and opened the back to see what the hell was going on. Tre jumped him and knocked him out. We put the knocked out driver in the back of the van, and all three of us got in the front of the van and started driving here to Berekely. I tell ya, it was a damn long drive! Well, we made a stop and smart ass Tre decided to "borrow" someone's car and ditch Jason and I. So Jason and I had to run around to find Tre! Tre we should just left you dumb shit."
"Hahaha, yeah I drove off to San Fran to see my dad, since these two wouldn't let me!"
"WOW" David said staring at the three men.
"Well what can I say," Tre said smoothly.
"Know what's odd, I coulda sworn I saw you guys down on 5th one day," Billie added.
"Really?" Tre asked.
"Not you! Jason and Mike."
"I don't think so," Jason said trying to rethink what happened.
"Yah Tre, your dad said you were in town, but once I got there, you were gone," Billie said trying to figure it all out.
"Oh really? Well, I figured I had better go find Mike and Jason and return the stolen car. Hehehe, had to pay like a buncha money for my fine, but it was soooo worth it!"
"HAHAHA, nice Tre, nice," David laughed.
"Anyway Billie, we had no idea if you were dead or alive! We wanted to stop by your house and see," Jason said.
"Well, I'l tell you what, I've ran into that man in black too many times. I'd say I was on the edge of being alive and dead," Billie said and explained what had happened to him since the accident.
"Damn! Oh congrats on the baby," Jason said after Billie was done.
"YEAH!" Mike and Tre exclaimed at the same time.
*Bzzt bzzt bzzt bzzzt*
"Hello?"
"How's dear Adri doing?"
"WHAT THE HELL?!"
"Was that an attitude? Tsk tsk tsk tsk. I think you better go to the hospital to check on Adrienne, dear Billie."
DAMMIT! Billie thought Why do I always gotta go back and forth? Why the hell can' t they leave her alone!
