Too Much Too Soon, chapter 2
"but...what?!"Billie said slowly, as if to help Adrienne respond faster.
"Honey, I'm-"
"YOU'RE WHAT?!" he yelled into the phone, jumping onto his feet.
"PREGNANT!"
Billie stood frozen in time, while Mike slowly stood up to face the crazed man. Billie smiled and began to laugh hysterically.
"Billie, are you there?"
"Yes, yes! I am. WOW..." he was lost for words, but quickly regained them, "I love you soooo much! I am going to be home as quick-" but static filled his phone, and he lost his connection to his wife, "Damn, must be in a tunnel. MIKE! Adri is gonna have a baby!"
Mike laughed hysterically as well, and slapped Billie on the shoulder. Suddenly, the bus came to an unexpected stop, and spun around in circles. Billie and Mike lost their balance and fell onto the floor. Jason rushed out of his bed, but was knocked over by Tre who slipped out of bed from the spinning bus!
"What the-" Tre cursed, and the bus stopped. The four guys rose slowly to their feet, and exchanged glances. Mike faced the back of the bus to see if Tre and Jason were okay, and the two nodded. Billie nodded too, and Mike turned around to face the front of the bus. He crept to the driver's seat while gripping the walls of the vehicle. The front of the bus had a driver seat and a passenger seat that was enclosed by a curtain. His shaking hand pulled the curtain to the side, and he tripped backward from shock.
"What is it?!" Jason asked from the back of the bus, but Mike didn't turn around or answer. Tre walked up to the front of the bus to see what the problem was, but as soon as he stood up to Mike, he fainted. Billie jumped forward to catch the falling Tre, and Jason ran up to Billie to make sure he didn't fall. Panic was written all over Billie's face, and the scene became a blurr, and he heard people talking. The voices sounded familiar:
"NOO!"
"Don't let go, just do as I say."
"I GOTTA-."
"Listen to me!"
"GRRRR, NOOOOOO!"
Billie felt a tap on the shoulder, and returned back to reality, with a startled jump, only to find Jason tapping him.
"Bilie, you okay?"
"Yeah, fine. Mike?"
Mike got the courage to walk to through the curtains, and felt his heart skip a beat.
