Circe...Her story., chapter 2
The annoying beeping of Circe's alarm clock awoke her, today she would go to 11th grade in a new school, meeting new people and all that shit. She had moved out of that old, nasty city she used to call home.
Circe's eyes opened and darted across the room; she slammed her fist on her alarm clock and emerged from her bed. Circe yawned and stretched, she wasn't ready for this.
Circe got into the shower, got dressed, combed her hair and brushed her teeth, It didn't really matter if she made a 'good first impression.'
She walked down the steps and put on her shoes.
"Aren't you going to eat?" Her mother asked.
"No...I'm not too hungry."
"...Have a good day then, sweetie." Her mother leaned in and kissed her forehead.
"Alright."
Circe opened the door and walked out. Her new school wasn't that far away from her home, so she could simply walk to and from school every day.
Her heart was beating, and she was sweating, she couldn't understand, she wasn't nervous, so what was that feeling that she had right now?
Circe could here only two things; her footsteps, and her breath, that's all that broke the silence in the silent neighborhood.
"You got to be kidding..." She said looking to her new school, she saw no one like her. She quickly walked through the school doors and too her new homeroom.
People where talking, and laughing, but when she walked in...Everything went silent.
"Oh, that's right, class, we have a new student, Circe Black"
"Hi..." She said quietly.
"Take a seat by Tre." She pointed to the empty desk. Circe took the seat and sighed.
"Hi." Tre whispered to her. "How goes it?"
"Um..."
"We'll talk later." Tre winked.
She rolled her eyes and started to draw.
