All For The Love Of A Cereal Prize, chapter 10
Kat woke up the next morning and heard movement and voices coming from the kitchen.
Billie Joe was no longer next to her on the bed. She was all alone. Kat sat up and stood up. She headed towards the kitchen.
She came face to face with Hanieh and Billie Joe locking lips in front of the sink.
Hanieh smiled.
This was too perfect.
Kat ran out of the kitchen.
She had to think quickly. She grabbed some clothes and ran and locked herself in the bathroom.
Billie Joe pushed Hanieh off of him.
He pelted up the hallway to the bathroom.
"Kat! Kat! Open the door! It's not what it looks like!", yelled Billie Joe.
"Really? People seem to be saying that a lot around her lately. It looked like someone I know and like kissing someone else after they said they liked me!!", said Kat, in a shaky voice.
"She came on to me!", said Billie Joe.
"Well you weren't putting up too much of a fight.", said Kat, starting to cry silently.
Billie Joe heard the water start to run.
"Right. I'll talk to you later. When you've had a shower.", said Billie Joe, sitting down on the floor.
A few minutes later Kat emerged from the shower and started getting dressed.
Why? He promised he wouldn't do that anymore. He said he didn't love Hanieh anymore! He said so! He said nothing was going on!!
Kat finished getting dressed. She fixed her hair, and brushed her teeth.
Kat unlocked the door and leant on the basin. She couldn't possibly face anyone especially Billie Joe. Tears started to run down her face. The door opened, Billie Joe was standing in the doorway.
"Aw Kat. I'm sorry... ", said Billie Joe, feeling terrible for have made Kat cry.
Kat continued to cry.
Charlie stormed up the hallway.
"Move BJ!", said Charlie forcefully.
Billie Joe quickly complied.
"Kat? Kat what happened.", asked Charlie outstretching her arms for Kat.
Billie Joe started to edge away.
"Stay!", boomed Charlie.
Billie Joe stopped stock still.
Kat didn't speak.
"It's Okay Kat. BJ! Explain!", said Charlie, starting out softly then getting louder.
"Well, she saw me and Hanieh kissing. But I don't like Hanieh! I like you Kat!!", stuttered Billie Joe.
Kat broke away from Charlie.
"Really?", sniffed Kat.
"Yes. Really.", whispered Billie Joe, moving closer to Kat.
"Don't cry Kat. Hanieh and me have history that's all.", said Billie Joe, continuing to whisper.
"You promise?", asked Kat quietly.
"Yeah. I promise.", replied Billie Joe, taking Kat in his arms.
Charlie slipped out of the bathroom and went into the kitchen.
Charlie went right up to Hanieh's face.
Charlie faked a smile, "I know what you're up to. You try anything else I'll tell BJ everything. Oh and one more thing... if Kat cries again and I find out it's you're fault, I'll bash your pretty little face in."
With that Charlie left the kitchen smiling.

Charlie faked a smile, "I know what you're up to. You try anything else I'll tell BJ everything. Oh and one more thing... if Kat cries again and I find out it's you're fault, I'll bash your pretty little face in."
With that Charlie left the kitchen smiling.
