Dorm Number 27, chapter 7

"Hey, Billie, it's Alley," Tre whispered to Billie Joe, pointing to a girl with long dirty blonde hair. She was wearing a red shirt, blue jeans, and black and red high tops.
"Dude, why'd you have to tell me that?" Billie groaned.
"She's your fucking girlfriend!" Tre hissed back at him. They were standing outside the school building. Amy, Sam, and Mike sat on the floor playing Go Fish. Billie Joe and Tre decided not to join, so they were watching. Sam was winning. Every once in a while, you could hear them yelling at eachother, then they would attack someone, the cards would fly everywhere, and they would start over.
"Tre, I'm not sure... I want to dump her..." Billie said.
"Why? She's hot!" Tre replied.
"Well, yeah but..." Billie looked at Amy.
"Ah... You got a thing for Amy?" Tre raised an eyebrow.
"No, I never said that," Billie Joe sighed.
"No, but you implied it." Tre got Billie in a headlock. They began struggling and got into a little "play-fight." The three on the floor stopped their card game and Mike joined Billie and Tre. Soon, they stopped and Amy and Sam fell into a laughing fit so they were now both in the state Amy was in that morning. A few passer-bys gave them strange looks.
When they finally stopped, they wiped tears from their eyes and they kept giggling whenever they looked over at Billie Joe and Tre.
Alley then walked up to the group.
"Hey, Billie," She smiled and kissed his cheek. Amy stopped giggling and subconsciously glared at Alley. Sam noticed the glare and cupped her hand beside her mouth and whispered into Amy's ear.
"Why you getting so worked up about Al? She's BJ's girl..."
"Yeah... Don't tell anyone, but I may be a little... Jealous," Amy replied quietly.
"Jealous? Who isn't? Billie's really cute," Sam smiled. "But I have my eye on Tre."
"Tre?" Amy said a little too loud.
"What?" Tre looked at them and Sam fell into another giggling fit.
"Nothing, sorry," Amy smiled. Her gaze moved to Alley and Billie. Alley had her arm around Billie's shoulders. She kissed him on the cheek again. Billie Joe looked unhappy, but Amy couldn't tell.
"But... If he's happy with her, I should be happy too, I guess..."
"That's the spirit, Ames!" Sam smiled and gave Amy a gentle punch on the arm.
"Yeah..." Amy sighed. She stood and walked over to Billie and Amy. "Hey," Amy said, looking down at the ground.
"Yo, Ames. This is Allison," Billie said, a hint of unnoticed sadness in his voice.
"Hi, Alley. I'm Amelia. But call me Amy or perish," Amy forced a smile. She gave Billie a doubtful look, but he looked away. Just then the bell rang for class.
"Let's go," Ammey said, tugging Billie's hand in the direction of the school.
"You go ahead. I'm gonna help Amy find her class," Billie said. Alley thought it over for a few seconds then nodded. She kissed Billie Joe, on the lips this time, and skipped away. When she was out of sight, Billie wiped his mouth quickly. Amy glared at the floor, so she didn't see this.
"What room's your first class?" Billie asked her.
"Umn... 214, I think," Amy took out a folded paper out of her pocket to double check. "Yeah, 214."
"Cool. We have the same class!" Billie finally looked happy. "There must be some reason we keep being put together."
"Who knows? It's probably pure coincidence," Amy shrugged. They walked into the school.
