A Night To Remember, chapter 11
There, staring right back at him was himself! He shook his head and looked again. Nazis in lab coats had his exact naked double on a steel lab table, and they were examining him. Tré's look-alike was lying there with a blank expression on his face. Before Tré could get a better look the Nazis had dragged him past the lab and into a steel encased corridor with many metal doors. One was opened and Tré was thrown inside. The door slammed. He was in a small bare square room that was empty apart from a cold stone block that was presumably supposed to be a bed.
"Hey. HEY!" Tré screamed. A little square in the door slid open, and someone's eyes stared back at him.
"What?" The Nazi asked harshly. Tré walked over to the door.
"Don't I get a blanket or something?" Tré asked.
"What do you think this is, the fucking Mirage or something?" He asked, and the panel slammed shut.
"HEY. HEY! I was talking to you!" Tré screamed. He got no reply. He slid down the door and rested his head against it.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tre was fast asleep when there was a ginormous THUD on the door. He pressed his ear against it and tried to hear more. Suddenly the door swung open, and he fell out of his cell and at someone's feet. He looked up. It was the Nazi who had stopped the other Nazis from killing him. The Nazi pulled Tré up.
"We don't have much time." He said. Tré was confused.
"What?" He glanced to his side. The Nazi that had shouted at him was sprawled on the floor unconscious.
"I'm here to help you. Call me Jack." He said.
"OK Jack. Why do you want to help me?" Tré said. "The last time I accepted help I nearly died!"
"I don't have much time to explain. I'm an agent for MI5."
"MI5?"
"Its kind of like the FBI." Jack said. "Now come on, we need to go now!" Jack led the way to another cell door. He pushed it open. Instead of a cell, there was a tunnel.
"This is a shortcut to the vehicle cave." They both went through it, and they ended up in a large dome shaped cave. There weren't many trucks left. They were all blue. However, there was one that was different. It looked like a 4x4 mixed with an army tank. It didn't have wheels. It had the things that tanks have (sorry don't know the name of them). Jack climbed inside and Tré clambered in next to him.
"Lets go get your friends shall we?" Jack asked, and he turned the key in the ignition and trundled up a hill and into the outside world.
