Everyone got up and hugged me.
"Don't cry everything will be alright we promise" said Tre soothingly patting my back
"But what if he doesn't want my child?" I asked
"He will he is merely in shock" said Tre smartly. Now I was in shock. Everyone stared at him
"What!?" asked Tre
"You said a big word!" said Kailey pointing
"Yeah I have a brain in here somewhere! I don't have dookie for brains you know! God history teaches us nothing!" said Tre stalking out the room
"What the heck is up with him? He is being... Being... Normal!" I said still in a state of shock
"Yeah strange!" said Kailey thinking about it. It was strange I had now forgotten what had happened and I was enjoying a night with Rebecca and Kailey.
***the next day Billie Joe's pov***
I decided to call Mike and get it over and done with.
"Yo?" asked Mike picking up the phone.
"Hey dude it's Billie why the fuck are you in New York and why did you go without telling Abby? She is really worried about you man!" I said seriously
"I honestly didn't think she was bothered about me and I am in New ork because I came to clear my head" he replied in a monotone.
"You really need to get back home! You have a pregnant wife who last night was in tears because she thinks you don't want her baby" I told him.
He let out a sigh. "she's right in a way" he answered
"What do you mean?" I asked although the answer was obvious
"I don't think I want a child with her" he answered
"Mike this is insane! You married her for god's sake!" I yelled getting more and more angry
"I know I did but to be honest I think it was just young love" he said nonchalantly in the same monotone still.
"Mike you cannot say that surely? I mean are you a man? Because if you aren't you must be PMSing because one minute you love her and the next you don't!" I said sarcastically
"Oh ha ha Billie Joe give up your day job! Oh wait you already have!" he retorted
"Actually Mike I have been doing a lot and I mean A LOT of thinking and I have come to the decision that I WILL stay in Green Day but I want to take a couple of years break you know where we can REALLY work hard on an album at home rather than being stuck in a studio all the time. It is mainly because I want to be at home with Rebecca and Matthew but I don't want to leave Green Day either." I replied smartly
"That's great dude I'll be home on the next flight!" he said happily
"Wait what about Abby and you?" I asked hopefully
"I am just being an ass of course I want my family!" he said happily
"Great see you soon!" I said smiling to myself. I put the phone on the hook and went over to play with Matthew. He was really quiet around me for some reason but I decided he was still a bit shy around me.
"Hey Matt can daddy play with you?" I asked kneeling down beside him.
"Yeah. Here" he said slowly but carefully handing me a car. He was coming on great. It still sounded a bit like babble but I still understood what he was saying never the less. I played for a couple hours with him and his car set. I was running away from him (because he was the cop and he was chasing me for speeding) he was so funny with his vivid imagination. He chased me around yelling "nee nor nee nor nee nor" like a police car siren. I ran away laughing and when he caught me a sight down panting out of breath.
"You got me buddy!" I said putting my hands up in the air.
"FREEZE!" yelled Rebecca behind me. I screamed a really girly scream. She scared the shit outta me.
"Aww is Billie Joe scared of a little word?" asked Rebecca mockingly.
"No I just got a shock as all" I said defensively
"Yeah sure you did. You looked like you were having fun" she said smiling
"Yeah we were playing a car game and I was running away from Matt because he was the cop and I was speeding so he was chasing me" I explained.
"Ah yes I always knew there was still a baby in that strong soul somewhere" she said smiling rubbing my chest. She did a good job too.
"Ahem" I said glancing down. She looked.
"Oohh sorry Billie" she said smiling mischievously.
"You know we could call a babysitter and make the most of this by booking a hotel." I suggested.
"Yeah! There is a girl about 15 moved in across the street" she suggested.
"Perfect I'll go get her" I said walking out the house.
I walked across to the house that had just been sold and knocked.
"Hi" said the girl answering the door. She was about 15 pretty looking brown hair and sporting a Green Day hoody. I laughed to myself.
"Hi I am Billie Joe Armstrong and I know it is really short notice but I was wondering if you could baby sit for my son Matthew tonight? I will pay you double. I looked pleading with puppy dogs eyes.
"Yeah sure" she said smiling. "are you THE Billie Joe Armstrong?" she asked
"Yes I am" I answered simply.
"Cool what time do you want me?" she asked
"Erm around 6?" I suggested
"Sound's great see ya there." she answered walking back inside
"Wait I didn't get your name" I said quickly
"Oh I am Katie" she answered
"Oh nice name well I will see you at 6 bye" I said waving. SCORE! I thought to myself.
***5:30pm***
I was getting ready when Matthew stepped into my room
"Hey buddy. Me and mom are going out tonight" I said to him. He looked kind of upset. Then I remembered I promised I would give him a bath and his bedtime story tonight.
"I'm sorry buddy but I am getting lucky tonight. You will understand when you are about 12 I'll tell you" I answered at the quizzical look he was giving me. This kid was only 1 yet all his facial expressions were there. He knew when you were talking about something he didn't understand. It was funny he is so clever. I put a black shirt and a red tie on and I was just making my hair all nice and messy when Rebecca called up.
"Come on Billie the baby sitter will be here in a minute!"
"Ok I am just finishing my hair!" I called back
"You and your bloody hair!" she called again. I decided to ignore this remark. After I finished I picked Matthew up took him downstairs. There was a ring at the door bell. I answered it was Katie.
"Yo" I said opening the door to let her in.
"Hey" she said stepping inside. "you must be Matthew" she said tickling his cheek. He giggled and turned away shyly.
"So make yourself at home. Matthew has had his supper. Erm there is a story to read to him by his cot. He is to bed no later than 9 I think that is about it. There food and drink in the fridge. You can drink Rebecca's alcohol but touch mine and damn it your dead girl!" I said giggling. She laughed nervously.
"Well I don't know when we will be back but it's not a school night so if it is too late you can just stop here" I said helpfully
"Ok Mr Armstrong it is no problem" she said smiling.
"Please call me Billie Joe or Billie" I answered
"Ok Billie Joe" she said smiling again. Ok we were about to leave and I was so happy. It had been a while since we had been together ok it was like a week but it had not been the best it could be because we had Matthew in the next room but this time we were alone.
I hugged Katie. "thank you so much!" I said picking up my car keys. She looked at me unbelievingly. "what?" I asked
"Oh nothing except I just got hugged off the lead singer of the best band ever!" she said then she went bright red.
"Ok... Well we are off have fun you two! Bye Matt bye Katie" I said giving Matthew a quick kiss then we left.
***Katie's pov***
After Billie Joe and Rebecca left I rang my friend.
"Yo! You'll never guess who I am baby sitting for!" I said excitedly
"Who who who?" she asked
"Billie Joe Armstrong!" I told her
"No! No way!" she said shocked
"Yes way. He went out with Rebecca. They asked me to baby sit for them so of course I said yes" I replied
"Oh my freakin' gosh! Jeez I can't believe it!" she said awestruck
"Well I got to go I'll talk to you later!" and I hung up. I walked over to Matthew and began playing with him.
"Daddy! Daddy!" he yelled
"No no I am Katie" I told him.
"Daddy! Daddy!" he continued. I took that he wanted to play with Billie Joe but I continued to keep him entertained until bedtime. I put him in his cot and read a book to him and he soon enough fell asleep. I went back downstairs and made a sandwich and watched TV.
**meanwhile at the hotel Rebecca's pov**
Me and Billie Joe talked a lot about our relationship and our family that night but it soon led to more that just talking.
"I think in a while Matthew will need a little brother o---" Billie cut me off
"Shh stop talking" he said quietly pressing his finger to my lips. I nibbled it gently.
"Ow that's it you're gonna get it!" he said and he started sucking on my neck in various places. I turned his head and claimed his lips, I pushed him back and pinned him to the bed.
"Oo wait I have an idea!" he said getting up and dialling room service.
"Hello can I have a can of whipped cream sent up to room 409 please?" he asked. "thanks that's great!" he said and he put the phone down.
"Whipped cream?" I asked him

"Oh right I thought you just wanted it for eating or making a mess which wouldn't surprise me coz that's typical you" I said smiling cheekily. There was a knock at the door.
"Whipped cream sir" said the waiter handing him it.
"Thank you here's a tip" said Billie sliding $20 into the waiters top pocket and closing the door.
"Now time for some real fun!" said Billie shaking the cream up. I took the can off him and pinned him back on the bed. I took his shirt off him and squirted the can of cream over every inch I could reach of his naked torso. After I finished I chucked the can on the floor and started slowly licking up his chest. "I know but I would rather not stay out all night when we have a brand new baby sitter and besides she will be wanting to get to bed" I said pulling on my shirt.
"Fine" said Billie getting up and hunting for his boxer shorts.
"Where did you put them?" he asked.
"I don't know try on the floor" I told him. He got down on his hands and knees and looked under the bed.
"They aren't here" he said getting up. "oh wait there they are" he said walking over and putting them on. He pulled on his trousers and fastened his belt. Once we were both ready we left. When we got home Katie was already asleep in the guest room so we headed straight to bed ourselves and fell asleep.
I awoke at 9:30am to Matthew crying I got up to go and get him.
"No no you go back to bed I will get him" said Katie also getting up.
"Are you sure?" I asked her
"Yeah it's fine you guys didn't get in till like 4:30am ish so I can take him for a while so you can get more sleep I could take him to the park?" she suggested.
"Yeah that would be great thanks a lot Katie!" I said smiling.
"It's no problem he is a little angel" she said carrying him off downstairs and I went back to bed.
***Katie's pov***
I gave Matthew his breakfast, I got him dressed and took him off to the park. I put him in the swing and pushed him. He sat there giggling. I smiled at him. He was so much like a little Billie Joe. I took him back home an hour later and I got my little sister Emma for him to play with in the back yard. My little sister was a month younger than Matthew so they could both easily play with each other. They sat there playing in the ball pool together giggling with each other. They looked so sweet together.
"Aww don't they look cute!" said Billie Joe appearing at my shoulder. I jumped.
"Crap you scared me!" I said to him. His face fell
"I know I look bad when I wake up but I didn't think I looked that bad!" he said jokingly. I laughed.
"You don't look bad at all you just scared me." I said shoving him. He shoved me back and I tried to shove him again but he stood firmly so I gave up and shrank back against the wall.
"I win" he said smiling
"You never won because there was nothing to win" I said smartly.
"Hmm good point. Any way I have to thank you A LOT for last night and today so here is your pay. $100 because I am feeling very happy and thankful. If you want you can leave... " he trailed off looking at me
"Oh Emma" I informed him
"... Emma here and she can have some lunch with Matthew if you like" he finished.
"Yeah that would be great what time should I come pick her up?" I asked
"Erm about 5:00pm?" he suggested.
"Ok see ya then" I answered smiling.
"Oh and thanks again for last night I am so happy it was a great night" he said hugging me again. I felt really warm and a strange tingling sensation in my heart. His hugs were lovingly comfortable. He pulled away smiling.
"It's no problem anytime you want me just call he was a little angel" I said smiling
"I will definitely call upon you again. I'll see you at 5:00pm. Later!" he said waving and I left.
*** Billie Joe's pov***
I waved as Katie left and walked over to where Matthew and Rebecca were playing.
"Daddy! Daddy!" yelled Matthew getting up and coming to me. I gave him a kiss and a cuddle.
"Hey little buddy. Is this your new friend?" I asked him. He nodded turning away shyly.
"Aww has my little man got himself a little girlfriend?" I asked him playfully. He nodded and I laughed at him.
"You're learning well my pal" I said placing him down.
"I got that on camera!" yelled Rebecca making me jump.

"I caught you two saying that! I was just messing around and decided to record you guys without you knowing. Bless him who is his little friend?" she asked.
"Oh this is Emma she Katie's little sister she is stopping for lunch" I informed her.
"Oh ok why don't we give them a treat?" she suggested
"Like what?" I asked
"Well lets go to Mc Donald's" she said grabbing the car keys.
"Ok but we will need a car seat for Emma I'll go and get one." I said running over to Katie's and knocking on the door.
"Hey we are going to Mc Donald's so could we have Emma's car seat please?" I asked Katie
"Yeah sure I'll just go and get it out the car." she said unlocking it. She undid the car seat and
Handed it to me.
"Thanks I'll see you later" and I walked off. I fitted the car seat in and we all got in the car and we were off.
In the back of the car we could here Matthew and Emma talking in their baby talk.
"Can you say Emma?" asked Rebecca.
"E-e-em-ma" he said struggling but getting their in the end.
"Emma" he said again.
"Clever Matt!" we said clapping only I patted the steering wheel as I was driving.
"Matt!" said Emma.
"Aww you clever girl!" said Rebecca clapping for Emma. She smiled at Matthew. Puppy love I thought to myself. They seemed so sweet together. Maybe they will be together when they are older. I don't know. Nobody knows what the future will bring. No one.
When we got to Mc Donald's I got two happy meals for Matthew and Emma and me and Rebecca just had a coffee because we were going to go out for dinner tonight and we didn't want to spoil our appetites. We watched the two of them slowly putting food into their mouths. However boring it may sound it was actually quite humorous.
About an hour later we were all done so we went back home and the little ones just played with toys. As 5:00pm neared I got Emma ready to go back home. Soon enough Katie knocked at the door.
"Hey has she been ok?" she asked stepping inside
"A little angel" I replied smiling
"Listen my mom said if you like Matthew could stop over our house and you and Rebecca can have some time together alone" she told me.
"Actually yeah that would be great because me and Rebecca were going to go for a meal together tonight. Are you sure your mom said it was no problem?" I asked again
"Yeah she said it was fine because she would like to meet him as well and get to know him so it's fine really" she said again
"Well ok then thanks a lot erm I'll go get some stuff ready for him then" I said running upstairs to get some clothes and sleepwear for him. I packed his blue "my daddy rocks" pyjamas his blue teddy bear and some dungarees to put on tomorrow.
"What are you doing?" asked Rebecca coming up behind me and touching a bit of my waist that was showing from under my shirt with her cold hands making me shudder.
"Just packing stuff for Matt's first sleepover at Emma's" I told her
"Oh so we have a babysitter then?" she asked
"Yeah well kind of I never had to ask Katie just said that her mom said Matthew could stop so I said that would be great so here I am packing his stuff" I explained
"Well that's great perhaps Emma could stop tomorrow night. They make such cute little friends don't you think?" she asked smiling
"Yeah they do. Let's just wait and see what the future has in store" I said raising my eyebrows so they disappeared into my spiky black hair that had now flopped down into my eyes. Me and Rebecca looked at each other staring into each other's eyes. I looked deep into her chocolate brown eyes and moved forward and kissed her passionately. She pulled away. For some strange reason that kiss felt like our greatest yet.

We awoke at 3:00am and we both went for a repeat after what had happened and it felt even better. After we finished we decided we had better get home as Katie would be wanting to go to bed.
"But she would be sleeping in the guest room anyway!" whined Billie Joe who was clearly up for round 3
"I know but I would rather not stay out all night when we have a brand new baby sitter and besides she will be wanting to get to bed" I said pulling on my shirt.
"Fine" said Billie getting up and hunting for his boxer shorts.
"Where did you put them?" he asked.
"I don't know try on the floor" I told him. He got down on his hands and knees and looked under the bed.
"They aren't here" he said getting up. "oh wait there they are" he said walking over and putting them on. He pulled on his trousers and fastened his belt. Once we were both ready we left. When we got home Katie was already asleep in the guest room so we headed straight to bed ourselves and fell asleep.
I awoke at 9:30am to Matthew crying I got up to go and get him.
"No no you go back to bed I will get him" said Katie also getting up.
"Are you sure?" I asked her
"Yeah it's fine you guys didn't get in till like 4:30am ish so I can take him for a while so you can get more sleep I could take him to the park?" she suggested.
"Yeah that would be great thanks a lot Katie!" I said smiling.
"It's no problem he is a little angel" she said carrying him off downstairs and I went back to bed.
***Katie's pov***
I gave Matthew his breakfast, I got him dressed and took him off to the park. I put him in the swing and pushed him. He sat there giggling. I smiled at him. He was so much like a little Billie Joe. I took him back home an hour later and I got my little sister Emma for him to play with in the back yard. My little sister was a month younger than Matthew so they could both easily play with each other. They sat there playing in the ball pool together giggling with each other. They looked so sweet together.
"Aww don't they look cute!" said Billie Joe appearing at my shoulder. I jumped.
"Crap you scared me!" I said to him. His face fell
"I know I look bad when I wake up but I didn't think I looked that bad!" he said jokingly. I laughed.
"You don't look bad at all you just scared me." I said shoving him. He shoved me back and I tried to shove him again but he stood firmly so I gave up and shrank back against the wall.
"I win" he said smiling
"You never won because there was nothing to win" I said smartly.
"Hmm good point. Any way I have to thank you A LOT for last night and today so here is your pay. $100 because I am feeling very happy and thankful. If you want you can leave... " he trailed off looking at me
"Oh Emma" I informed him
"... Emma here and she can have some lunch with Matthew if you like" he finished.
"Yeah that would be great what time should I come pick her up?" I asked
"Erm about 5:00pm?" he suggested.
"Ok see ya then" I answered smiling.
"Oh and thanks again for last night I am so happy it was a great night" he said hugging me again. I felt really warm and a strange tingling sensation in my heart. His hugs were lovingly comfortable. He pulled away smiling.
"It's no problem anytime you want me just call he was a little angel" I said smiling
"I will definitely call upon you again. I'll see you at 5:00pm. Later!" he said waving and I left.
*** Billie Joe's pov***
I waved as Katie left and walked over to where Matthew and Rebecca were playing.
"Daddy! Daddy!" yelled Matthew getting up and coming to me. I gave him a kiss and a cuddle.
"Hey little buddy. Is this your new friend?" I asked him. He nodded turning away shyly.
"Aww has my little man got himself a little girlfriend?" I asked him playfully. He nodded and I laughed at him.
"You're learning well my pal" I said placing him down.
"I got that on camera!" yelled Rebecca making me jump.
"What?" I asked her
"I caught you two saying that! I was just messing around and decided to record you guys without you knowing. Bless him who is his little friend?" she asked.
"Oh this is Emma she Katie's little sister she is stopping for lunch" I informed her.
"Oh ok why don't we give them a treat?" she suggested
"Like what?" I asked
"Well lets go to Mc Donald's" she said grabbing the car keys.
"Ok but we will need a car seat for Emma I'll go and get one." I said running over to Katie's and knocking on the door.
"Hey we are going to Mc Donald's so could we have Emma's car seat please?" I asked Katie
"Yeah sure I'll just go and get it out the car." she said unlocking it. She undid the car seat and
Handed it to me.
"Thanks I'll see you later" and I walked off. I fitted the car seat in and we all got in the car and we were off.
In the back of the car we could here Matthew and Emma talking in their baby talk.
"Can you say Emma?" asked Rebecca.
"E-e-em-ma" he said struggling but getting their in the end.
"Emma" he said again.
"Clever Matt!" we said clapping only I patted the steering wheel as I was driving.
"Matt!" said Emma.
"Aww you clever girl!" said Rebecca clapping for Emma. She smiled at Matthew. Puppy love I thought to myself. They seemed so sweet together. Maybe they will be together when they are older. I don't know. Nobody knows what the future will bring. No one.
When we got to Mc Donald's I got two happy meals for Matthew and Emma and me and Rebecca just had a coffee because we were going to go out for dinner tonight and we didn't want to spoil our appetites. We watched the two of them slowly putting food into their mouths. However boring it may sound it was actually quite humorous.
About an hour later we were all done so we went back home and the little ones just played with toys. As 5:00pm neared I got Emma ready to go back home. Soon enough Katie knocked at the door.
"Hey has she been ok?" she asked stepping inside
"A little angel" I replied smiling
"Listen my mom said if you like Matthew could stop over our house and you and Rebecca can have some time together alone" she told me.
"Actually yeah that would be great because me and Rebecca were going to go for a meal together tonight. Are you sure your mom said it was no problem?" I asked again
"Yeah she said it was fine because she would like to meet him as well and get to know him so it's fine really" she said again
"Well ok then thanks a lot erm I'll go get some stuff ready for him then" I said running upstairs to get some clothes and sleepwear for him. I packed his blue "my daddy rocks" pyjamas his blue teddy bear and some dungarees to put on tomorrow.
"What are you doing?" asked Rebecca coming up behind me and touching a bit of my waist that was showing from under my shirt with her cold hands making me shudder.
"Just packing stuff for Matt's first sleepover at Emma's" I told her
"Oh so we have a babysitter then?" she asked
"Yeah well kind of I never had to ask Katie just said that her mom said Matthew could stop so I said that would be great so here I am packing his stuff" I explained
"Well that's great perhaps Emma could stop tomorrow night. They make such cute little friends don't you think?" she asked smiling
"Yeah they do. Let's just wait and see what the future has in store" I said raising my eyebrows so they disappeared into my spiky black hair that had now flopped down into my eyes. Me and Rebecca looked at each other staring into each other's eyes. I looked deep into her chocolate brown eyes and moved forward and kissed her passionately. She pulled away. For some strange reason that kiss felt like our greatest yet.
