Cat And Billie Joe, chapter 13
Cat woke up and turned over to look at Billie. Oh, yeah. It all came flooding back to her. The kiss. She tip toes over to her door, peeking out. Even before she saw Billie Joe sleeping on the couch, she heard him snoring. Charming. She sighed and picked up her brush and brushing her hair so it was smooth and straight again. The then went to the bathroom and brushed her teeth. She walked into their living room/ kitchen and poured herself a bowl of cereal.

Billie opened his eyes and heard footsteps. Then he could tell she had poured herself a bowl of cereal. Sighing, he got up, running a hand through his hair, attempting to make it a bit neater, which he was unsuccessful at. He stood up, now only in his boxers, and walked over to Cat. Before he even said anything, she flipped her middle finger up in his face, still eating.
"Cat... Let me explain." He pleaded, "Please."
Cat shook her head and emptied the milk in the sink, leaning back against it.
"I don't think you can." She said, shaking her head slightly, looking him straight into the eye.
"I thought she was you!" He yelled. And he has thought she was her. He was drunk, and could barley see anything, she had short blonde hair, and green eyes, and was probably the exact same height as she was.
"Bull fucking shit Billie Joe! You told me you loved me! We were getting married! God! I almost had your BABY!" She yelled at him, storming to the bedroom. He followed her.
"I was drunk!" He said. Cat got a bag and threw some clothes in it and changed into some new fresh clothes herself. She then went to the bathroom, throwing in the things she absolutely needed. She pulled her longer hair into a loose ponytail. She took their engagement ring off and placed it on a hook, which he didn't see her do, because he was sitting on the bed, on the verge of tears.
She walked out with the bag, still unzipped, now walking to the kitchen where that kitten food was and put the small bag into her larger one, finally zipping it. Billie had followed her, watching every move.
"Cat... please... Don't leave." He said, now tears flowing down his face for the second time in twenty-four hours.
"Jasmine... com'ere kitty. Jasmiiine." Cat whispered in the sweetest voice she could manage. The tiny kitten came trotting out of their bedroom, looking interested.
"Jasmine, come here." Cats said, and Jasmine did so. Yes, she was a very smart kitten, and knew her name. Cat was proud of her. She picked her up, grabbing the car keys and her purse.
"Cat... please. I love you so much. Don't fucking leave me!" Billie cried out as she slammed the door in his face. Now she let the tears flow freely from her face, unlocking the car and putting all of her stuff in. She revved the car up and drove off. She didn't know where she would go, but she was going.

"FUCK!" Billie yelled. He grabbed the phone, dialing Tre's house.
"Hello?" Tre answered.
"Tre... " Billie said, not quite sure what to say.
"Billie! Where the fuck were you last night? I was just about to call."
"She left." He said, controlling the tears.
"Who left? What? Tell me." Tre said.
"I got really drunk last night, and... I though I saw Cat, so I went up and started making out with her and stuff, and then there she was behind me. It wasn't her! I was kissing some other chick... and... she left this morning. Wouldn't even let me explain."
"Oh fuck, Billie. I'm sorry. Maybe she'll come back. She loves you so much, you can see it in her eyes when she looks at you." He said, softly.
"Maybe... " He whispered, then hung up. That's all he needed to hear. He then called her cell phone. Surprise, surprise, it was off, with a message that said, 'Fuck you Billie Joe.' He left a message for her.
"Please Cat, please. Let me explain! Call me back. I'll be here."
"Come on Cat! Check your fucking messages! I love you so much. I'm still here."
"Cat! I thought she was you! I was piss-ass drunk, I could barely see a thing. Please, please call me back!"

It had only been an hour since Cat had left, and already 23 messages from Billie. That's about one every five minutes. There was also one from Tre telling her to call Billie Joe, he was falling apart, or at least call him so he could tell Billie she was alright.
"Hello?" Tre answered his phone. Cat sighed.
"Tell him... I'm okay." She hung up.
She drove to her parents house, hoping to crash for a few days. Of course they let her. Cat didn't tell them what happened. They knew not to press her for things, she would just get even angrier or more sad.
