I Won't Apologize, chapter 2

Billie Joe stood, paralyzed in his place. Tré? Shoot someone? How? Why? Where did he get the gun? Who was the kid? Would he be okay? Was Tré framed? Was he drunk? What the fuck is going on?

All of that was going through Billie Joe's Mind, when he felt a hand on his shoulder. He jumped, then realizing it was just Mike.

"What the hell is going on Billie?" asked Mike. He was worried, about Billie Joe, and Tré. He had known Tré for awhile now, at least, long enough to know that Tré Cool would never shoot someone. Unless he was forced to, or too drunk to know it was wrong.

Billie Joe gave one look at Mike. He didn't feel like talking, he just knew they HAD to get down to the police station. "Come on Mike. We have to go." was all Billie Joe said, and started the trek to the police station.

Following Billie Joe, Mike decided to figure out what's going on.

"What happened Billie Joe?" he asked, pressing for answers.
"Tré shot some kid..." replied Billie Joe bluntly
"Tré? Why? Was he drunk?"
"I really don't know, Mike."
"Oh fuck...this is bad..."
"No shit Sherlock."

Leaving it at that Billie Joe trudged up the steps and burst into the station, with Mike close behind.
