Jesse and Andy's Antics, chapter 5
II wake up the next morning with a note on Sarah's pillow... It reads
"Jesse gone to work, Ill see you later, love you bye"
Knowing this I head downstairs and to my surprise Billie and Adie already have breakfast made.
"What a pleasant surprise," I say as my eyes widen with curiosity. "May I inquire as to the occasion?"
Adrienne has a glowing look to her. "Come sit down, we have something we want to discuss with"
I get a little worried, I wonder if they heard Sarah and I last night, even though we were being fairly quiet.
"Okay"
"Jesse I know you've only just met us and you don't know us very well, but Billie and I were just wondering if you wanted to make your stay more permanent?"
Thought are racing through my mind, heart is pounding and my palms are all sweaty. I almost feels like one of my panic attacks, but it isn't.
"How do you mean permanent?"
"Like well uhm..."
"What Adrienne is trying to say is that we would like to adopt you"
I almost pass out, but I don't, I just need to sit for a second"
"Are you okay," Billie asks looking slightly worried.
"Yeah I'm fine, I think I need to sit down" Adrienne smiles.
"You really want me?" I ask kinda laughing.
"Yeah we do, she says. You've stolen my heart and I want to make you a part of our family."
Wow, a family I thought something that I never thought I'd think.
"You don't need to give us an answer right away... I cut her off... I get up and embrace her...
"If you want me then I'm yours..."
