Jesse and Andy's Antics, chapter 7
Let me see, oh yeah I left you off when my mom was calling my dad to tell him the "news."
*the phone call*
"Hey hunnie" How are ya doing?"
"I'm pretty good, and how bout yourself?"
"I'm wonderful"
"Wonderful?" he said with a curious tone.
"Billie Joe, I'm pregnant."
"Wow, really?! Holy shit.. Thats awesome, I can't believe it."
"Well believe it, I'm due in July."
"What date?"
"The doctor said July 19th."
"Great, can't wait to tell the guys, does Jesse know?"
"Yeah, he's the one who pretty much figured it out, she said laughing"
"Really and how would he know?"
"Well thats a story for another time, okay because I gotta go pick up the boys"
"Alrighty than, give em' kiss for me and a hug oh and tell Jesster (nickname from Billie) I said hi."
"Okay babe, bye. Love you."
"Bye, I'll call you later, love you too."
**that night**
"Hey Sarah, come on in, how are ya feeling sweetie?"
"I'm better thanks, how did you know I was sick?"
"Jesse told me."
"I see, well I'm feeling much better know."
"Well thats good to hear. Are you staying for supper?"
"Only if you want me too."
"Of course I want you to."
"Okay than. Can I help you with annything."
"Nope, everythings pretty much all set. Thanks tho."
*at the table*
I notice that Sarah hasnt really touched her food.
"Whats wrong," I try and ask politely.
"I guess I'm not feeling as good as I thought I was."
"Oh do you wanna go and lay down?" Adrienne asks kinda worriedly.
"No thanks, I'll be okay."
"Oh mom did you tell Sarah the news?"
"You have news? She asks quite curiously.
"I'm gonna have a baby."
Sarah looks a little shocked.
"Really?" thats awesome conratulations."
"Thanks"
"When are you due?"
"In July"
"Cool"
*5 minutes later*
Sarah's face suddenly goes pale and as she goes to get up she almost falls, but I catch her before she hits the ground.
"Oh my gosh! Sarah, are you okay, Adrienne asks.
"Yea, I just got a little lightheaded.
"A little lightheaded? I ask instinctively. Sarah are you sure you're feeling better?"
"Jesse! I'm fine."
"Yeah well ya coulda fooled me"
Jesse, I'm fine, and Adrienne I think ill take you up on that offer.
"Okay sweetie, you can go upstairs and sleep in Jesse's room."
*Adrienne and Sarah are talking*
"Sarah, how long have you been like this, you're a mess?"
"A few weeks, I just cant shake this bug."
"I uhm don't think you have any ordinary bug."
"What are you saying?"
"Do you think that there is a possibility that you could be pregnant?"
"No!"
"Sarah, denying it, isn't gunna make it go away, do you think that you might be?"
"No, I uh mean, I uh... Don't know... She says wearily."
"I take it you havent told Jesse about your suspicians?"
"Adrienne..."
"Yes."
"There not suspiscians?"
"What do you mean?"
"I'm four months along..."
"What are you serious? You have to tell Jesse!"
"I can't, I just can't It'll break his heart."
"No, I know Jesse, he'll be so happy."
"You know what you're right, he will be happy, I'm just scared I can't lose another child, after so much we've been through."
"It will all work out in the end you'll see." as she hugs me.
*the next morning*
I wake up to Sarah looking at me.
"Morning babe"
"Good morning, are you better today?"
"Yes I am much better, thanks. Jesse theres something that I need to tell you."
A worried expression came over my face, I hope she's not sick, I don't know what I would do without her.
"Okay what is it"
"Uhm I'm gunna have another baby."
There was a long... Pause. I siy up in bed, trying to comprehend what she's just told me.
"Are you serious?"
"Yeah"
"How far along?"
"A few months"
"A few months!?"
"I jusr found out a couple weeks ago, I'm due in March."
"Wow, uhm... Thats great, I am happy for ya."
"Thanks"
"Just forgive me for not leaping for joy."
"Yeah, I know, I'm scared too."
"Oh baby, baby (as I hug her) we'll be fine, we'll make it.
*downstairs*
"Good morning you two."
"Morning mom."
"You're better Sarah? Did you tell him?"
"I'm much better and yes I did."
"I'm really happy, she's due in March."
"Thats exciting"
"Yea it is."
"Haha wait till your father..."
"Ah shit, man is gunna FREAK...
