My Truly Chemical Romance, chapter 23
*the next morning 12 noon*
I woke up to someone shaking me and hitting me with pillows inorder to awale me.
"Soooooooooniaaaa! Get uuuuuup! You guys have no food and Cassie's out shopping for some for us!" At that moment Im knew who it was.
"Frankie! I'm sure we must have something!" I said getting up to see for myself.
"Well you did but..." Frankie started as I walked to my fridge.
"But what Frankie? What did you do?" I asked walking faster slightly worried.
"Well the guys came over late and ate all our food and then we figured mabye we could borrow some for you guys." Frankie said almost too fast to understand. But I managed.
"FRANKIE!' I screamed. But then I instantly felt bad. Frankie was the kind of person you couldn't stay mad at. He was too cute and well...innocent!
"Sorry Frankie." I said.
"Thats okay. I'll make it up to you. I'll make you a milkshake!" He replied smiling. Suddenly Gee walked into the door.
"Hey baby!" He said giving me a huge hug and kiss.
"Hey where were you Gee?" I replied as Frankie left after hearing Cassie get home.
"Oh nowhere. I'm getting something for the supprise I told you about." he replied.
"Aww thanks. But hey we need to go grocery shopping." I replied on my way to get dressed. Gee agreed, I put on my jeans and Alice and Wonderland t-shirt.
*At the supermarket*
Gee and I got the numerous items we needed.
"Hey hun get in!" Gee said pointing inside the shopping cart. I said ok and climbed in wondering what he had in mind. Suddenly he started pushing me down the isle REALLY fast grabbing the rest of the stuff we needed along the way. Eventually we got to the cashier after half the staff chased us around the store.
We quickly got out of there and got home at around 4 o'clock after getting lunch.
"So what time are we going to meet your parents?" I asked as we walked into the appartment.
"Proably in about two hours. Youn wanna watch a movie?" Gee asked ploping down on the couch while I unlodded the groceries and grabbed a ready made bag of popcorn.
"Sure!" I replied as I sat down with him. We choose to watch About a Boy but got a little bored and decided to shoot popcorn into eachothers mouths. Eventually the clock struck 5:30 and we left for dinner.
*In the car*
"Hey Gee where are we going to meet them?" I asked as we pulled off of our street.
"Well theres this place near where I used to live, Julios, its itallian food!" Gee said taking his eyes off the road for two seconds to look at me.
"Oh my god! My grandma used to take me there constantly!" I said smiling brightly. It was a quick drive and as soon as I got there I immediatly felt like I was back at home, though memories of my granny flodded back.
"Sonia? Are you alright?" Gee said as he snapped me outta my daze.
"Yeah yeah, I'm alright." I replied as I got out of the car.
We walked into the resturaunt where I saw Gee's parents waiting at the corner table.
"Hi I'm Donna!" Gee's mom said getting up and giving me a hug, "And you must be Sonia."
"Yep!" I said as gee greeted his father.
"So your Gerard's new girlfriend? I'm Donald, his dad obvously." His dad said shaking my hand. We started making conversation as we ordered dinner. We had a great time and Donna and Donald were really nice.
"I have to say, you're the nicest girl Gee's ever brought home." His dad said as we walked out to the car.
"Yeah honey! Don't let this one go!" Donna said as we got in Gee's car and left.
"They definitly liked you!" Gee said glowing as we pulled up to our house.
"Yeah I'm glad!" I said.
We walked inside, got in our pajamas and watched TV untill we both crashed after a long day. A day filled with memories, family, and lots of food!
