My Truly Chemical Romance, chapter 6
*The next morning*
My alarm sounded at 9:30 AM to get up for the funeral. The loud radio playing a dreded Hilary Duff song in my alarm clock woke me up suddenly as I threw it against the wall with a 'bang'. She was the last thing I needed on this day.
"What? Who got shot?" Gee said startled as the clock radio hit the wall smashing into a bunch of little peices.
"No one." I said getting out of bed, "C'mon! We gotta leave in a half an hour!"
"Ok. I'm going to take a shower." He said as he kissed me on the cheek.
"Ok I'll make breakfast. Cereal ok with you?" I asked walking into the kitchen, "Its all we have time for."
"No problem." Gee said closing the bathroom door.
I walked into the kitchen and grabbed some lucky charms and milk.
"Ooo lucky charms! They're magicly delicous!" Frankie said as he walked up behind me.
"Oh hey frankie!" I said turning around."Grab yourself a bowl I gotta go get dressed."
"Will do. Hey and so sorry about your grandma." He said as I walked into my bedroom.
"Thats ok. its not your fault." I said before closing the door to my room.
I picked out the black slinky dress Cassie was looking out the night before. I heard a knock on my door as I was changing.
"One second!" I said slipping on my dress.
"'kay babe but I need to change into the suit I brought over and it's in your room." Gee said from outside still in a towel.
"Ok." I said opening the door.
"Wow! You look beautiful!" He said kissing me.
"Thanks. Umm so do you I guess." I said looking him up and down. He smiled. "Okay theres Lucky Charms waiting for you in the kitchen and your clothes are over there." I said pointing to a chair.
"Ok love ya'." He said closing the door.
"You too! I said walking back to the kitchen to eat. I grabbed my bowl and heard Frankie shouting "come here! come here!" from the living room.
"Frankie what is it?" I asked as I rushed in.
"Look you and Gee are on TV!" He said pointing to the TV screen.
"An it looks like romance is in the air! Chemical Romance that is! This picture was shot at a local movie theater where Gerard Way, lead singer of the band My Chemical Romance, was seen kissing a mystery girl. We'll let you know when we find out more." a newscaster on MTV reported as she showed a picture of me and Gee at the movies the other day.
"Well it looks like news spreds fast!" Gee said from next to me in a pinstriped suit.
"Yeah I guess. Ready to go?" I asked as I got up.
"Yep!" he said as he opened the front door for me.
"Bye you guys!" Frankie said waving.
"Bye!" we both replied.
This time we took Gee's car, a new red corvette with the license plate 'knives'.
"I love the car!" I said as we sped off.
"Me too! Its been my dream car for years now and with the band hitting it big, I can finally afford it." He said focused on the road ahead.
We talked for about a half an hour of cars and such untill we reached the sinagouge where the funeral was being held. We parked and Gee held my hand tight as we walked in. We sat silently during the ceremony which lasted for an hour and then we drove to the grave yard. During the beryal a little girl, not much older than 9, came up to me and Gee and asked, "Hey weren't you that couple on MTV this morning?"
"Yeah." I responded as Gee put his arm around my waist.
"Oh Ok then. Well bye!" She said as she skipped off.
Soon enough it was my turn by the grave to drop a rose in.
"Good bye Grandma!" I said with a tear in my eye, "I love you."
From there we left. We drove home silently. We walked into my appartment and Gee broke the scilence bye saying,"I need to talk to you."
"Ok." I said worried that he was breaking up with me.
"Listen in 2 days were going back on a world-wide tour and I wanted to know if you wanted to come?" Gee asked holding both my hands and looking into my eyes.
"Yes! Of Course!" I replied
"No but heres the thing you can still come on tour with us and all but the band and I have discussed it and we were wondering if you actually wanted to preform with us for a song." He said.
"OH MY GOD YES!" I said excitedly jumping up and down!
"Great!" He said, "Now tomarrow you gotta pick a song and rehearse it with the band."
"Ok I think I know which one I wanna do." I said .
"Which one?" He said as he went to chenge out of his suit.
"Oh you'll see soon enough." I said with a mischevous smirk on my face.
This was gonna be great I thought as i found a note from Cassie on the kitchen counter. It read:
Went to go help Frankie-wankie packfor the tour
which I'M COMMING ON! Be back later

I was so excited. My best friend, boyfriend and faverote band were going on tour together.This would be the time on my life!
