Tre's In Love?, chapter 1
Mike and Tré were standing near a very large cart of foods in a large room with beautiful crystal chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. They were at an after awards show party that they didn't have much of a choice to attend. Billie Joe and Adrienne had gone off together leaving Mike and Tré by the food cart.
"Look at that chick! She looks like she has three fucking breasts!" Tré was joking around about the ladies in the room to amuse himself and Mike, who was laughing extremely hard.
"Maybe she wouldn't mind being your play mate for a night." Laughed Mike.
"Hey! That was just cruel. Never in my life would I want a play mate like..." Tré broke of in a dreamy daze. His eyes looked as if they increased in size.
"Uh... Tré? You okay, man?" Mike began waving a hand in front of Tré's face. Tré didn't move. "TRE!" Mike yelled shaking Tré by the shoulders.
"Huh? Oh... Uh. Sorry. I was looking at that girl over there. Isn't she the most gorgeous thing you have ever seen?" Tré asked with a dreamy tone to his voice. "Who is she?"
"I read an article about her. Her name is Alex. She's a drummer for an uprising band. Supposed to be very good. Why don't you go talk to her?" Mike suggested.
"I don't know what to say. I would be to scared to... Oh god! She's coming over here! What do I do!? I'm going to faint! Mike, help!" Tré began ranting at what he was going to say as Alex began to get closer, and closer.
"Hi!" Alex smiled very cheerfully at Tré. "I'm Alex. Don't bother introducing yourselves. I know all about you, Mr. Tré Cool, and Mike Dirnt." She laughed and shook their hands. "I'm a huge fan of you guy, especially you, Tré." She winked at Tré.
"Thank you. Tré already has decided he's a fan of yours." Mike laughed and Tré stepped on his foot hard. "OW! I'm going to go see what Billie is up to. Behave Tré." Mike walked away leaving Alex and Tré alone.
"Rather lame party, don't you think?" Alex asked Tré, trying not to let there be an uncomfortable silence.
Tré straightened himself up and found the courage to speak to Alex, "Well apart from that three breasted lady over there the entertainment is quite boring." Both Tré and Alex laughed. Tré was beginning to sweat and gulped hard. He could feel his insides burning and was already beginning to think about getting married to this girl. He didn't see how he could live without her. "Since it's so boring here how would you like to go do something else?" Tré asked.
"What exactly do you have in mind?" Alex asked with a sly little grin coming over her face.
"We could, maybe, you know, hang at my place for a bit if you wanted." Tré made the suggestion sound as casual as he could but he didn't spank of his real desires.
"That sounds more fun then this." And with that Ales and Tré left the party and headed to Tré's house.
