Would You Be Mine?, chapter 31
"You are at best health." he said, "but still there is something"
I looked at Billie Joe who was raising an eyebrow.
"What do you mean?" I asked
"You are becoming a mother. You're pregnant. Congratulations" he said
Thirst I didn't do anything. I didn't move, I didn't talk, I did nothing. Then Billie took me into his arms
"I love you mommy" he said
Now I realized it. I was becoming a mother. I smiled and kissed Billie.
"We're becoming parents" I said now all excited.
Billie kissed me again "I know, are you happy?"
"Yeah" I said, "Are you?"
"Holy fuck, yeah!" he said.
He took my hand and brought me to the car. When we reached it he kissed me with such a passion my whole body shivered.
"I love you so much" he said breaking apart
"I love you too daddy" I said.
When we got home we phoned everyone we knew. It was such a great feeling. I mean, I have been pregnant before, you remember, but this was different. I was pregnant from someone I loved.

Mike was finally allowed to leave the hospital. He was already feeling like before. He recovered completely.
Billie and I were already planning on my pregnancy. Now that Mike was better they had to go on another tour. But they would only leave in three months and already return after 2 months. He wanted to be there when I still felt sick. And he wanted to be there when I got the baby.
But right now, I didn't show anything of a pregnancy. My stomach was still flat and the big eating didn't happen yet. After all I was only in my 6th week.
It was on the weekend that Billie would get Joey and Jakob again. Billie and I decided that this would be the best time to tell Adie and the boys about my pregnancy.
When they arrived Adie actually wanted to leave already since she had a date with her boyfriend. But Billie convinced her to stay at least ten minutes longer.
"We have some news to tell you." Billie said sitting next to me on the couch looking at Adie.
"Alright then shoot" Adie said
Billie took my hand, looked at me for a moment and then said "Sarah's pregnant. We're getting a baby."
Adie smiled. "Wow, congrats." She got up and hugged both of us.
"Which week are you? You don't show much of a pregnancy yet" she asked
"6th week, well, next week will be the 7th." I answered.
Adie smiled again. "I'm really happy for you two." Then she turned to me "And I'm happy Billie Joe found someone like you. And I'm happy you got pregnant from the right guy"
I smiled and thanked her
Adie was a great person. I can't imagine how Billie and her weren't able to work things out. But that's just my luck, I guess. And both of them are happy and that's what matters.
Later that day we also told Joey and Jakob.
"Hey buddies, daddy has to tell you something." Billie said after dinner
The two boys looked at him
"You'll get another brother or sister. Sarah's pregnant" Billie said
Both of them made big eyes.
"I'm gonna be a big brother" Jakob yelled in excitement
"Aww...daddy put a baby in Sarah's stomach" Joey said sarcastically. He knew already how this works, how women get pregnant. Billie smiled. "Yeah, I guess" he said
Both of them hugged me and then went back to their playstation.
Billie smiled and put his arms around my waist as I was cleaning the kitchen. I smiled but continued.
He kissed my neck and put his hand on my stomach.
"I can't wait for you to give birth to our child." He said
I turned around and put my arms around his neck. "Same here." I said kissing him.
"I love you" he said
"I love you too"

3 weeks later, I was starting to eat like a madman, we got a late-night-call from Mike. The phone was ringing and Billie and I already laid in bed sleeping. It was about 11:30 PM.
Billie walked downstairs and answered it. I turned around and tried to sleep again. But soon Billie returned and woke me up again.
"Hey Sarah, wake up" he said stroking my cheek.
I opened one eye and looked at him. He had a wide smile on his face.
"What's wrong? Who was on the phone anyway?" I asked yawning.
"Mike." He paused a short moment then continued "Mel's pregnant."
I immediately sat upright in the bed, my eyes wide open.
"You're kidding me." I said not believing it
"No, I'm not" Billie laughed.
"And this isn't a dream?" I asked
Billie laughed again, "No it's not"
"That's fucking awesome" I said hugging him.
The next day Billie and I went over to Mike and Mel's. I mean, this had to be celebrated...with orange juice, of course. Tré and Vany came over as well. It was great to see how happy all of us were.
The past months had changed all our lives. Now Mel and I were becoming mothers and Mike and Billie fathers again. Being pregnant is the best feeling in the world, especially if you have such a great man caring for you.
"So Vany, you're next" I said
"Next with what?" Tré asked
"Getting a baby" I said rolling my eyes.
"Oh, yeah, we'll work on that" Tré said smiling at Vany.
She smiled as well.
"But we have time." Vany said
All of us laughed.
"What?" she asked
"Well, it's about time. Tré's not getting younger" Mike said
"As I said, we'll work on that." Tré said
Billie laughed "Yeah, I hope that now you will finally stop trying to make out with me"
Everyone laughed except Tré. He made a sad face.
"But I thought you loved me" he whined.
