80 (Adie Please Keep Taking Me Away), chapter 10
Billie Joe and Adrienne sat by the lake and talked. Billie Joe felt like he could tell Adie anything, he could just let it out.
"So were the people you were sitting with at the show was that your friends?" asked Billie Joe.
"Oh ya. I told them about you and everything. They couldn't believe it. The only thing that pissed me off was they were saying that it was going to be hard to maintain a relationship and everything, because of distance." said Adrienne.
"Really because was saying that to me too." said Billie Joe.
"It's a crock a shit you know?" said Billie Joe.
"Ya I know I think the same thing." said Adie.
"I wrote a song about it." said Billie Joe.
"Really? I would like to hear it sometime." said Adie.
"Ya, sure I have to talk to Mike and Tre so we can get the music and everything." said Billie Joe.
"That's really sweet." said Adie grabbing Billie Joe'shand which was resting right next to his. Billie Joe and Adrienne stated getting closer and closer to each other. Finally there lips touched one another. Billie Joe got the same feeling he did the other night when Adie and him kissed. The kiss got deeper and deeper. It lasted longer then the other one and also was more passionate then the other one as well. They probably would have kissed longer, but someone's dog came and spoiled the moment.
"Goddamn dogs and Tre." said Billie Joe. Adie smiled at him
"It's okay I like being here with you that's all." said Adrienne.
"Are you hungry or anything?" asked Billie Joe.
"Ya a little bit." said Adrienne.
"Well let's go and get something over there by that little snack think by the lake, because I'm hungry too." said Billie Joe getting up. Adrienne laughed at him.
"What?" asked Billie Joe.
"Nothing it's just funny how you said that that's all." said Adrienne. Adie rested her head on Billie Joe's shoulder as they walked holding hands. Adrienne and Billie Joe shared a pretzel. They walked along the lake for a while eating their pretzel.
"Do you want to go to a bar or something?" asked Adrienne "You can ask Tre and Mike if they want to meet us there."
"Hell ya lets go." said Billie Joe.
Adrienne and Billie Joe walked to the bar since it wasn't too far from where they were and also it was a nice night and everything. When they got there Adrienne asked
"Aren't you going to call Tre and Mike if they want to meet us?" asked Adrienne.
"Nope, because I see the van right over there." said Billie Joe pointing over to the van that they toured in.
"Should have guessed that one." said Adie laughing.
"I figured that's why I didn't call earlier." said Billie Joe.
Billie Joe and Adrienne went into the bar and met up with Tre and Mike.
"I'm going to go get some beer and everything." said Billie Joe "Adie what do you want? " asked Billie Joe.
"Nothing I'm fine with beer." said Adie. Mike went to the bathroom and Tre went to go talk to some chick. Adrienne got them a table. Billie Joe went and ordered 4 beers and started walking back to the table. He walked back and was more pissed then ever. He thought he was going to explode when he saw and heard what was going on when he got back to the table.
